The room was as described and clean. Tito and his mom made us feel at home. He was very responsive and helpful, their dog Minnie was sweet and adorable. About a 10 min walk to the Subway and 5 min to the LIRR as well as good restaurants. Location felt safe and home-y. Overall a lovely experience!

I booked a room for my father with Lana and Greg, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The room was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The heating worked perfectly, keeping the space warm and cozy at all times. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. My room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view from the window — a perfect spot to relax. Lana and Greg were always available and responsive, offering helpful advice whenever I needed it. They are incredibly responsible, kind, and genuinely welcoming hosts. The location is excellent — just a 7–10 minute walk to the subway, and there’s a nearby train station that gets you to the heart of Manhattan in just 15 minutes. I highly recommend staying with Greg and Lana.

Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Our host was responsive and made check in and out a breeze. I had to work remotely while there and the WiFi was never an issue. A good location for an affordable base. 30-40 min drive to Brooklyn and about an hour from the city when traffic was peak. We had our car so it may be even closer with public transport. Highly recommend.
