Very nice place and the owner has a superb coffee shop downstairs!

I truly enjoyed staying at Ludwig's space. It is relaxing, private, and with good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Also a great bargain! They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Cara was very friendly, always communicated reliably, We liked the apartment very much, the price is great! The small terrace with the large pass-through window to the kitchen was the cozy highlight for us on the sunny warm days in the morning and evening:) Ideally located for an extended weekend to explore the industrial culture between Duisburg and Dortmund, and at the same time in the idyllic old town Kern for a few minutes on foot over the beautiful Ruhr... And it went very well with Cara's apartment! Thank you:)

Katrin is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean, tidy and cosy. Easy bus connection nearby. - I will come again, THX for making my stay enjoyable !
