Self contained open plan studio, double bed with luxury bedding, kitchenette and full bathroom with amazing views over British farmland and the Lakeland hills located in the Eden Valley, very peaceful and tranquil. All you need for a relaxing break in the lakes, perfect for stop over on route between North/South Balcony for breakfast with a view, overlooking fully secure patio / garden area. exceptionally clean and well looked after. The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Super quiet, one off space. Close to Lake Windermere, shops and places to eat and drink. Immaculate studio space for 2 people (no children) who need time out of their busy lives to shut off and re-charge. It comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/bedroom with an en suite shower room, with sliding doors onto a verandah which overlooks the beautiful running water and the woodland, where if you're lucky you might spot a deer or two. We live nearby if you do need us for anything.
