This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. They say location is everything and this home is in the best location. We're only 100 yards from public river access and 0.8 miles to Downtown Kernville. This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds.
