This place was perfect! Within walking distance of Spencer’s which I highly recommend for breakfast and lunch if you are visiting. The place was perfect and quiet and just overall great. Definitely booking here every time I come to visit!!!

I booked Michael's place for one of my sales reps for a few weeks. The rep said the place was clean and in a good location, perfect for what was needed. Michael was quick to communicate and easy to work with.

We loved staying here while visiting Sequoia national park with my extended family. This is a great location to stay distance wise from Sequoia national park with the Foothills visitor center about 35 mins away. This was an advantage and we ended up driving to the park on two days. However I wish there were few coffee shops and breakfast places within 5 miles or so. The ladies in my family appreciated the updated, well stocked and spacious kitchen. Kelvin was quick to respond to all queries and took action on couple of issues with the bathroom.

Very roomy bedrooms and bathroom. The walk in closet off the bathroom is very handy and has lots of hanging space. The kitchenette has plenty of equipment for preparing food and the counter top oven is large enough for pizzas or casseroles. Joanna was a lovely hostess - very responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and quick to address any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Genie was an excellent host and I would absolutely book her place again if I’m ever in the area! She was very responsive and her place had a lot of nice touches that really made it stand out. She provided water and snacks, which was much appreciated when I arrived in at 11 PM on a Friday. The bed was super comfortable and the decorating was top notch. The bathroom was very clean and I loved the smell of the shampoo and body wash. Towels were also very soft and nice. Thank you, Genie, for a great stay!

The place was very nice! They provided a lot of things and everything was very organized. It was a beautiful place to stay at, my family and I were very comfortable.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

The apartment was home for almost 3 months and quite comfortable and very well equipped! lovely and safe location...loved that this apt was at very back! Laura herself was quickly responsive and a true sweetheart! ty again for making my time away from my flooded home comfortable!

Peyton was a great host. She responded promptly to all of our questions after check in. The location is quiet and private. The location is wonderful - close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to a nice park one day and watched the people and the ducks. We would stay here again.

Quiet and safe place. Loved having access to laundry. Made it a life saver with busy work schedule.

Victor is a great host and a great person. I would definitely recommend staying at his properties. My wife stayed at some of his other properties as well and they all fit the same great category. The view is outstanding and so close to Sequoia National Park! We loved eating our breakfast on the porch with the mountains in the background . Not to mention- bagels, juice, oranges were available for us in the refrigerator. That was a lifesaver ! Also, I forgot to mention to Sue beforehand about using the washer and dryer but she was able to make that happen - so thankful ! We stayed for 2 nights.

This is our third time renting this place..easy and convenient to all the areas in downtown. It is perfect for 2 or 3 people. We feel perfectly secure and safe here and Ursula and team are easy to work with. Self checkin/out is a plus! It is about a 3 minute drive to Hwy 198 from the Airbnb.

What a wonderful place. Very close to downtown with lots of places to see and eat. 45 mins to the National Parks at a great price. The place was very comfortable and clean. Lisa is great and answers quickly if you have any questions.
