Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kent County

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

We had a great stay at Curt’s place. The pizza place around the corner was the best pizza we had on our trip and we had just come from NYC. What really stood out to us was how kind and patient Curt was when we asked him to mail us a pair of shoes we left behind. This is a great place to stay! Highly recommend! Don’t forget to try the pizza!

The apartment was nicer than the pictures, large shared spaces, clean and an unobstructed gorgeous view of the beach. The well stocked kitchen had lots of extras and every pan, whisk or knife I needed was there and in good condition. Cooking for your family will be a breeze. I admittedly cemented purchasing this vacation before realizing it was bay front and we were a little nervous it would be muddy or lack that ocean feel, not at all. We brought blow up paddle boards and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Every day simply felt like the best calm beach day you’ve ever been given, we spent every day waiting in the ocean for dolphin pods that came in extremely close to shore at high tide. The beach is very narrow at high tide but since there is no overcrowding, it still feels like you have plenty of room. There was a family with several babies staying upstairs. We did hear them in the mornings but our sleep was never interrupted. It was not an issue. Gorgeous home. Perfect vacation.

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

Just wrapped up our stay at Jamie’s place in downtown Milford and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We’ve been to the area a number of times for lacrosse tournaments at DE turf and the Milford location seems to be the best. We’ve also tried out a number of Airbnbs in the area and this one is by far our favorite. The unit is very cute and cozy, perfect for a small family. It was fully stocked with everything you would need including things like laundry detergent and snacks. It’s also within walking distance to a number of coffee shops, boutiques and is on a quiet street. My only recommendation for the host would be to put up curtains in the bedrooms as the sun came in very bright and early each morning. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. In fact, we’ve already rebooked for a tournament in the fall.

A really well kept and clean space! Private entrance leads you up to the studio where you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is very well kept and looks exactly like the photos. Access to the shared pool is an added bonus! Location is right off the highway so easy to get to wherever you want to go.

Sarah was a good and responsive host. We recommend her bright and sunny home, especially if you have dogs and need a fenced backyard.

Great place. We were there for a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf. Super convenient and easy to get to. The house is adorable and fully stocked. My kids loved all the bunnies around the property. Will definitely use again if in the area.

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

We had a wonderful stay at Abubakar’s place. It was relaxing but had the right amount of opportunities for entertainment. The natural setting was beautiful - we walked to the beach and viewed migrating horseshoe crabs and the accompanying shorebirds. (The insects were in full force this time of year, so we did cover up well. )The screened in porch was a perfect place for enjoying the sights and sounds. We took advantage of the ping pong tables,bicycles and big screen tv. The local pickleball courts are within biking distance and we enjoyed a few games. Great host and property. We hope to return!

What a lovely house right by the ocean! We truly enjoyed the peace of waking up with ocean sounds and views every morning. The house is well equipped for travellers’ needs. The deck was our favorite part and we tried to have most meals outside. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my elderly grandmother. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill's place. Very clean and comfy. Melinda responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. Very reassuring that help was minutes away. Bill's place looks exactly as the pictures. The rooms had enough beds for my family. We definitely needed the space in the living room, dining room, outside deck and big yard to spend time with family. Thank you for extras at the coffee bar, bathroom and games for the children. Bill's place and Melinda offered so much more. I highly recommend if you have a big group.

Great place, spacious, great hosts, super neighbors. This is a private beach, no parking or access for public, so this is an exclusive place and well worth it.

This house was great for my large family. Very clean and a lot of space. We really enjoyed the pool and outside area as well. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close to the highway for stores and restaurants. Jacqueline is a fantastic host as this is the second time and second location we have rented from her. Very friendly and always responsive!

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
