Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kenmore

Great location (close to the airport but quiet and peaceful). Very spacious and super clean!! The owner provided us ample daily necessities which made our trip like being home. Many thanks to them and will definitely come back again if we are back to Buffalo.

Gorgeous place in a safe neighborhood. The space was huge, great value. Well kept, and loved how there was a tv in every room. The host did an amazing job and created a very thorough binder of all amenities, local suggestions and attractions. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Everything was perfect, but my only complaint was the upstairs neighbours were very loud and could be heard very clearly while we were trying to sleep. Aside from that our stay was incredible

Kevin’s airbnb feels like home.. Kitchen is fully stocked which is a big relief for people like us who like to cook.. Location is right at the Allentown super close to the downtown.. Lot of good eateries are within walking distance.. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood where street parking is a little too crowded but manageable..

Great stay! Walkable to restaurants, Angelo and Jenn were very helpful and fast response time to any questions. Lots of family board games. Convenient to Niagara Falls.

This was my first experience using Airbnb (I have stayed in many but this was my first experience as the person booking) This was a great experience!!! The space is way larger than expected, very clean, & had everything we needed!!! We would 10/10 book this again when we are in Buffalo!!!

Across the lake from Buffalo, around the corner from Old Fort Erie, and right beside the Niagara walkway, this house sits in a superb location. It feels tucked away and serene--like a home in cottage country--yet is 5 minutes drive from anything you want: grocery stores, drugstores, restaurants and the Niagara Peninsula and Toronto beyond. It's a great home base, and one that actually feels like home, with a well-appointed kitchen, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating space, three bathrooms, and relaxed, tasteful decor. We found everything we needed in the house and appreciated the quality of any appliances, large and small. Watching the spectacular sunsets light up the Buffalo skyline and listening to the multitude of songbirds in the area are a couple of the quiet pleasures this location offers. Accessing the walking trail just a few steps away is another. If in the area again, we'd definitely return to this lakehouse for a welcoming, comfortable experience!

Shana's place was perfect for our family of 6! plenty of beds so none of the kids had to share. They also loved the LED decor in the bedrooms and we're sad to leave the moon lamps behind. Parking was a little awkward with the downstairs neighbors always being parked in the driveway and wanting to leave every time we parked behind them, so we ended up just parking on the street for most of the trip, which was fine in this neighborhood.

It was a cozy and great house. The location is also great, close to the downtown area.

This has been our second all-star stay at Catherine's Airbnb in Buffalo. It is private, quiet, comfortable, beautifully appointed and well located. We can walk to places... a concert at Kleinhans, a meal at Five Points Bakery or simply stroll the neighborhood with its front yard gardens and interesting architecture. My recent stay at the lake house was nothing short of magical. Nestled among towering pines, the location offered breathtaking views of the shimmering water, perfect for morning coffee on the deck. The house was charmingly decorated, with cozy furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for delightful family meals, and the outdoor fire pit was ideal for evening gatherings under the stars. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a refreshing retreat, and I can't wait to return!

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Prefect for visiting Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The kids had so much fun with the games at the home. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortably.

Matt & Lauren's place is such a gem in Buffalo. We stayed there for a weekend, and we felt right at home. The place home is super spacious, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the wonderful kitchen where we were able to prepare and share meals. We also appreciated the location, which is walkable to downtown, Allentown, and Elmwood Village, so we actually didn't drive a single time during our stay. Matt and Lauren left clear instruction and were otherwise accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Our family had an amazing stay at Mosunmola’s condo. Fantastic location and very close to all the major attractions at Niagara Falls. It made exploring the city so convenient. The shoes off policy was a pleasant surprise and such a blessing. This was the perfect family-friendly place, absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!
