Gabrielas guest house is just as described, clean in a safe, quiet neighborhood, gated area to park the car at door steps. There were plenty of towels and linen, the mattresses and bedroom sizes comfortable, no TVs in bedrooms, we did not watch any tv during our 3 night stay and we did not use the wifi. They supplied plenty of bathroom tissue, and shower supplies. Great washer and drier but my daughter could not find any detergent , I did not look for it. There was plenty of water bottles in the kitchen cabinets, and coffee pods provided, we loved this! Not many kitchen supplies and no dishwasher or toaster oven, we were 4 guests and had to wash our coffee mugs and utensils, we did not cook any meals, the kitchen space is small. Our only complain is the noisy air conditioning unit inside the living space and the faucets in bathroom sink and kitchen that are hard to maneuver, adjust the water stream and noisy when you open and close them. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

The place is just like in the photos, it's good for a couple looking for a place to rest. I recommend it

A good place to stay in Miami, the area is very quiet, close to shopping, also close to public transportation. The place has everything you need to have a quiet stay and the owners are very kind.

I would like to say this is one of the best Airbnb’s in the Miami Beach area, I would definitely recommend this to a small family or even a group of friends going to visit Miami for a weekend! It is very close to many different stores and restaurants, and a close drive to multiple beaches! Will definitely be booking again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing visit. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay—while a bit outdated in places, it was clean and functional, and the price reflects that well. Overall, great value and a pleasant experience!

Excellent place to stay. It's a small room with a bathroom, but it does the job if you just want to sleep there. I'd go back!

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

Hope Apartment was the perfect, quiet spot to unwind. Apartment was clean with tasteful decor. Jose was extremely accommodating and responsive, allowing us to drop off groceries before our check in time. I would definitely recommend :)

The place was clean and clutter free! My only qualm is that the shower setup left the floor very wet. There was a towel (like any hotel) for when you step out of the shower but the excess water called for more towels to be added to it. Other than that, we had a very good experience in our room.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

The efficiency was really nice. Gorgeous view, comfortable and clean. Being a native Miamian and born and raised in the Grove, it was refreshing to know that everything was right at reach. I would book again

The apartment is on the second floor, surrounded by other apartments, near Highway 95 where you can hear the cars passing by. Inside, the apartment is a palace. It's quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are beach essentials in the closet. It's close to the city, the beach, and art. I didn't hear any noise from nearby. It's very accessible and comfortable. I'll be back at the end of July. Thank you for the excellent communication.
