Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kendale Lakes

Gabrielas guest house is just as described, clean in a safe, quiet neighborhood, gated area to park the car at door steps. There were plenty of towels and linen, the mattresses and bedroom sizes comfortable, no TVs in bedrooms, we did not watch any tv during our 3 night stay and we did not use the wifi. They supplied plenty of bathroom tissue, and shower supplies. Great washer and drier but my daughter could not find any detergent , I did not look for it. There was plenty of water bottles in the kitchen cabinets, and coffee pods provided, we loved this! Not many kitchen supplies and no dishwasher or toaster oven, we were 4 guests and had to wash our coffee mugs and utensils, we did not cook any meals, the kitchen space is small. Our only complain is the noisy air conditioning unit inside the living space and the faucets in bathroom sink and kitchen that are hard to maneuver, adjust the water stream and noisy when you open and close them. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

I loved this place! Beautiful property and nice quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating and responsive in a good timely manner. The pictures don’t this place justice it’s beautiful and clean it’s like a mini mansion. Definitely would book again!

The house was clean, pretty and welcoming. Just what we were looking for. Wifi and amenities were great. House was spacious, furniture was modern and everything was nice and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I want to thank Andrés for making us feel at home during our three-day stay. The property was incredibly comfortable and perfectly located, allowing us to enjoy the city with ease. Jam was an awesome host! Super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. His place was perfect for our family, including one infant. There were all the necessities for the baby and a private room away from the other rooms for his naps. The pool was a bonus and the water was warm! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and included Kcup Keurig coffee as well! Jam has a binder full of helpful information. The beds were super comfy too. When we need another place to stay in Kendall, we will be back!

Don’t even know where to begin! Our best Airbnb experience! The photos of the home were accurate, it’s just as beautiful as pictured. HOWEVER the grounds on the property were way way prettier than pictured! It really felt like having your own private park! Everything was so well thought out, and communicated, it really was a perfect stay. My only complaint about the experience was having to return to our home afterwards!

The house was extremely clean and well put together. She had a ping pong table which was perfect for passing time with friends. She left water in the refrigerator for us which was nice and the backyard has a nice lake view and is perfect for hanging out and having a couple of drinks! Would recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was absolutely spotless and well-maintained. It felt very comfortable and cozy, and everything was in perfect order. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. Plus, everything you need is within walking distance—stores, cafes, and restaurants are just around the corner. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay!

Carlos came through in a clutch! I’d originally booked another bnb and it was disgusting so I checked with no place to go! I found Carlos and booked with him on the same day. I got a note from bnb saying Carlos had 24 hours to approve my request, mind you I literally had no where to go. Carlos responded instantaneously accepting my request. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to find, the place was clean and smelled good. The bed was pretty comfy too. My only suggestion would be to buy new towels and better toilet paper! Also when I ran into a minor issue, I messaged Carlos and team and they responded immediately. I recommend this place.

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. We are so thankful to have had this experience! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches, welcome snacks, and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are exactly as pictured. The views were everything! The location was perfect. Our host went above and beyond, was super responsive, kind, and very accommodating. It felt like staying at a luxury hotel with the warmth of a friend’s home. We didn’t want to leave. 100% would recommend! We’ll definitely be back.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

We had a great stay at Laiz Paiva’s place! The apartment is exactly as described, very stylish and perfectly located in a vibrant Miami neighborhood that truly captures the city’s essence. Laiz was a truly accommodating host—super responsive and clear with all details. The convenient parking at the back was a huge plus. Highly recommend this place for a short stay in Miami!

Great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Miami for a vacation. Gabriela is a wonderful host. Her place is beautiful and very clean. It was not far from downtown. Plus Coconut Grove is where I was born and raised. I felt at home.

Excelente atención, Juan me ayudó en todo momento con mis inquietudes, él respondía super rápido… el lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio todo, las sábanas impecables, la vista del departamento espectacular, me gustó que su ubicación te queda cerca a todo a la playa, a lugares turísticos como el brickell, bayside, etc, no alcancé a ir a la piscina por el tiempo ya que me dediqué hacer turismo en la Ciudad pero algo que me agradó fue que en el mismo lugar del departamento en la parte baja puedes disfrutar del bar y restaurante, volvería sin lugar a duda!!!!

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.
