This is a lovely place to stay. Very quiet. It has been so well converted into accommodation.The views are terrific. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen facilities are good. Everything you need all in all. Thanks Alison for the breakfast supplies. We hope to stay again . Janice

Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place, the annex is very private and in a quiet location but easily accessible. Sarah was very responsive when messaged, and her check in instructions clear and concise. The annex was clean, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. It was in a perfect location being approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 10 minutes to the beach front.

Anthony was such a welcoming and generous host. The Cartbarn is a delightful - very well designed, immaculate and in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. Having a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast delivered to the door each morning by Anthony was the icing on the cake!

This was a lovely comfortable place to stay -- really nice set up with two bedrooms on either side and a living room and dining area in between. The patio area looks out over her garden - with roses cascading everywhere -- it is delightful. Claire could not have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely would visit again -- good for the gardens, vineyards and historic houses that are all around.

Me and my partner had a wonderful mid-week retreat at Tracy’s Annex! Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, the place was just lovely. We had access to the hot tub and the heated pool which was just amazing! It felt totally private, we were never disturbed but always just a message away if we needed anything- Tracy has some fab recommendations and knows the area so well. The walks around are beautiful and the wildlife we saw was brilliant! There’s so much I could say but my real highlight was Tracy’s 2 golden labs, they’ll come and say hello when out in the garden and they are such love bugs! Totally made my day as a dog lover! Would stay again and would recommend to others. X

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lotties! Everything was perfect and we hope to return in the future. The beds were a great size and extremely comfortable, super showers , everything you could need in the kitchen. Everything was top notch and the setting incredibly peaceful. Lottie and Richard were excellent hosts! Thanks for having us!

I lovely house with a garden, quiet, clean. Everything pretty near, bus or 15 minutes walking from the center of Lewes. Also a perfect location to go to Charleston house, Monk's house, Glyndebourne and Brighton. We would have liked to stay longer. Thank you Eleanor.

What a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the world with stunning views from the house. Made to feel so welcome with Tony and Chrissy. Both are wonderful, warm and very special people. The part of the house you stay in is nothing short of amazing with every attention to detail taken care of. We were so relaxed from the moment we arrived right up to the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble from these wonderful hosts and I strongly advise you to experience what we have. The walks around the beeches and cliff tops are 5 mins away and are truly spectacular. Great parking and easy access to the house. 15 mins on a bus and you have all the fun and unique atmosphere of Brighton. This is a great location for anywhere on the south coast and I only wish we had longer to stay there. Thank you so much for all your genuine care and the way you looked after us. Geoff and Cath

Easy to find, nice and peaceful, clean and fresh looking, very comfortable, even the bed was really comfortable which is so important ! Andrea left us some milk in the fridge which was wonderful and she popped round to see if we were ok and if we needed a fan as it was so hot but actually the place was lovely and cool. A most enjoyable stay. Thank you Andrea.

A really lovely place to stay - beautifully decorated, well designed space that is spotlessly clean , very comfortable and private. A great location to explore Brighton ad surrounding area, with buses easy to access. Very clear information, really lovely to meet Pascale and get personal recommendations. Great location with the South Coast a short drive away. The cottage was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities listed. Emma was a great host, answered any questions, shared local events, and was proactive in offering help and sorting anything out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay to explore the South Coast by car, this is a great place to consider.

This stay was our first experience in an Airbnb. It was lovely, very clean and comfortable . The host supplied everything you could possibly need. Parking was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again

Friendly and nice host.Impressive surprise!

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

Great value and a great location. Wesley was helpful and nothing was too much. Communication was fantastic at every step and even with our very late evening check in, we didn’t feel like this was a problem and self check in was easy. Parking was simple with free parking on road or on the drive outside their home. The space is exactly what’s described and the bathroom is huge!

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

I stayed for three nights while working nearby. The place was perfectly formed, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and ideal for my work trip. Communication was excellent throughout, and most importantly, I felt completely safe and comfortable. Would happily return.

The accommodation was spacious, very well maintained, and equipped, also beautifully furnished and very cosy. The position in Ashdown Forest was stunning, and the surrounding garden lovely. A generous breakfast was left in the fridge, and we were very comfortable.
