Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £6.80 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods even during this pandemic.

There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

Self-contained annex - private entrance/hall leading to kitchen/living area, bedroom with en-suite shower room. At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Heating fixed at 21.

It's a super short walk to the city centre and you're only a stones throw away from the beach, parks, and gardens You'll love my place because of the location. It is a home with all the amenities. Expect a comfy bed, and a warm welcome! Please note, due to the flat's central location it can be a bit 'lively' during the weekend! There will be some noise.
