After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. A cozy cottage in peace surrounded by forest just a ten-minute drive from Santa's village. The city center is only a few kilometers away. The cottage yard has its own fireplace, where you can spend an atmospheric evening and see the northern lights if you're lucky. From the home road, there is a connection to the bike path, where there is an opportunity for jogging. Nearby is the Santavaara King's lean-to, where I recommend visiting to admire the magnificent nature of Lapland and the Ounasjoki River.

Location next to village road doesn't bother those coming from cities and in return, you have a lake view and a natural sandy beach, where to follow northern day and year go by. Or on the beach, around the campfire, where you can whisper your thoughts into the dark star studded night, when everything around you is still.

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
