Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kea-Kythnos

The place is very confortable, very well located and Tina is specially atencious and friendly. A car is highly recomended to go around the neighborhood and to go on a day trip for some nice beachs around and to the beautiful Sounion area.

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. l' alloggio rifletteva esattamente la descrizione. la disponibilità nelle piccole riparazioni eccezionale. il padrone di casa è sempre stato molto presentpe per ogni piccola richiesta. la casa era in ottime condizioni ideale per famiglie.

A very nice apartment - spacious and well-located in a quiet street in the town but very close to walk to local shops, restaurants and to the beach. Good selection of shops and restaurants in the town. The beach is long and sandy with a good watersports centre and selection of a few beach bars dotted along the length of the bay. We were at the front end of the season and the town had a very friendly feel to it. Just what we needed for a few relaxing days after the excitement of our son's wedding in Athens the previous weekend!

A modern and designed apartment in the centre of Lavrion. Only some steps to tavernas, bars and shops, only some minutes to habour (ferryboat). Sophia is a charming and perfect host. We enjoyed her personally served and nice breakfast in the apartment. We found a lot of parking space in the street in front of the house.

A very cozy house extremely clean nice welcome clear guidance. People with kinetic problems will find some difficulty but it is worthy!Ioulida is an amazing traditional place and Heracle’s house added to the experience !Thank you

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

Les hôtes sont très accueillants, à l’écoute et attentionnés. Nous avons été surpris par la réactivité de Marilou et Tassos et de leur implication pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Ils seront présents pour aider, si nécessaire. Le logement est impeccable, la décoration est à mi-chemin entre tradition et modernité, la propreté est au rendez-vous et le mobilier offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se reposer et profiter de la maison. La maison se situe dans les hauteurs de Kea offrant ainsi une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le coucher du soleil. Toutes les conditions nécessaires pour passer des vacances ressourçantes et reposantes y sont réunies. Il y a un petit village non loin de la maison et des supermarchés. Beaucoup de balades sont accessibles également avec ou sans véhicule. En résumé, super séjour, endroit magnifique, maisonnette de rêve !

We couldn’t have been more lucky then this with the house. Absolutely happy to have found this house here in Air Bnb because it’s above and beyond the beauty words can describe. I Will put some pictures to see the amazing view from the pool that is worth every single € paid for the house. Don’t hesitate. Don’t think it twice. Book this place! There was everything in the house. Towels for the shower and for the beach. All the products necessary for the shower. Hair dryer Washing machine Water dispenser Dish washer Coffee machine (nespresso classic. It will be useful for the grocery;)) The list goes on and on… Thanks to the host because they helped us with all our needs and requests. 5 ***** stare are not enough, i would give more! Absolutely recommend 👍🏻

We had a lovely weekend with our family at Despinas beautiful house. It is very spacious and bright, with a lovely garden and tennis/basketball courts, just perfect for our kids to run around. The beach is a stones throw away, and quaint restaurants also within walking distance. Despina was a graceful and helpful host. Would love to return!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! What a lovely villa south of Athens. Alexander and Helena have a truly special home. The views are beautiful and the setting extremely peaceful. You will need a rental car if you choose to stay here, but it is worth it if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Athens is not far, Sounion is about 30 minutes, and Lavrio about 15 minutes. There are many beaches nearby, and many markets to purchase food and other goods. As others noted, there is a short dirt road to access the villa. It is not a problem. If we ever return to the area, I would absolutely stay again.

Dafni's place was cozy and beautiful. We would highly recommend to others and come back! She was a great host, couldn't have asked for more! Her place was very clean and the view is stunning! We loved our stay very much.

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊
