Absolutely spectacular host. Location walkable to beach, super market, all restaurants, coffee shops, park, etc. Couldn’t have been more optimally located. Niko’s went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed and provide detailed local recommendations. One of top stays we have had recently, and super-host level service 🙏🙏

The house was in a great location. The view from the 2 balconies was enchanting and combined with the pool and the awesome decor of the countries the house looks idyllic! The host is very helpful, understandable, and discreet. One of the best homes I've stayed in!

A beautiful space in a beautiful surrounding area

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

The hosts are very welcoming, attentive and caring. We were surprised by the responsiveness of Marilou and Tassos and their involvement to ensure that our stay went smoothly. They will be there to help, if needed. The accommodation is impeccable, the decoration is halfway between tradition and modernity, the cleanliness is at the rendezvous and the furniture offers all the comforts to rest and enjoy the house. The house is located in the heights of Kea offering beautiful sea and sunset views. All the necessary conditions for a refreshing and relaxing holiday are there. There is a small village not far from the house and supermarkets. Many walks are also accessible with or without a vehicle. In short, great stay, beautiful place, dreamy cottage!

We had a lovely weekend with our family at Despinas beautiful house. It is very spacious and bright, with a lovely garden and tennis/basketball courts, just perfect for our kids to run around. The beach is a stones throw away, and quaint restaurants also within walking distance. Despina was a graceful and helpful host. Would love to return!

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! This was one of our best vacations, and we're excited about the possibility of returning in the future!

The place was exactly as described – well equipped and in a quiet location. I especially liked the beautiful terrace and the cozy bed. Check-in went smoothly and the host was very friendly, helpful and quick to reach. I felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Giannis was a really great host - super friendly and helpful. The house worked really well for what we needed.

The apartment was very modern with beautiful furniture – I honestly wish my own place looked like this! :) It had everything you could need, from an ironing board and hairdryer to board games and more. It’s perfect for two people or even two couples. The beds were amazing – I haven’t slept that well in a long time! It’s located right next to the beach, which is great for swimming, and the huge balcony offers an incredible view. The only downside: you really do need a car, as there’s not much around within walking distance.
