Dream place, ideal for a couple. Breathtaking view and easily reachable on foot if you want to stay in Koundouros. Absolutely recommended!

Very good stay in this very nice place, quiet, peaceful, on Liparo beach, very little traffic. House suitably equipped, pleasant to live in, with a beautiful sea view. Small downside: the track is a little difficult to access (SUV recommended). Nice and discreet host. In short, a memorable stay, recommended!

It was easy to find, a small but very cute and clean house. It's great if you want to isolate and relax. We visited it in September so everything was idyllic! It has a very nice view and is very close to the port and the beach.

Don’t tell too many - this is a real gem.

We fully enjoyed our stay in Fotomari! The home was full of “Greek” charm! In particular, the views were breathtaking! We very much appreciated the pet-friendly policy! Our host was kind, responsive and helpful!

It's in a fantastic location on Otzias Bay with a great view. The kitchen is one of the best-equipped I've ever seen in an Airbnb house! It's clean and has lots of thoughtful extras. The only challenge is the many stairs up to the house, and the stairs to the bedroom on the top floor are difficult to navigate, so it's not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. The host was very responsive, and we had a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Amazing villa with a fantastic view. Large pool with sea view. The only "flaw" is the dirt road and disconnected from the last 400 meters to reach the villa. But that wouldn't stop me from coming back!

Beautiful spacious house with a wonderful vibe in a brilliant location. Ideal for two couples with single kids. Quite secluded (shops, restaurants not immediately nearby) but in a neighborhood with other villas so neighbors nearby. Ideal for those looking for peace, away from the crowds. Neatly and cozily furnished. Everything you need is there. Wifi and air conditioning worked well ;-). Beds, sheets, towels: fine. Kitchen a bit on the small side, for larger company a bit narrow in terms of work space, but it works. Technical issue with the sink was immediately resolved by the house keeper who also took care of the pool maintenance. Very smooth communication with sympathetic owner. During our stay, the lighting of the pool was not working, but I assume this will be restored soon. The view of the neighbors' terrace (due to several holes in the partition wall) and therefore also the other way around, but the neighbors are very friendly. Very nice beach at the bottom of the house.

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

The vacation in Sofia's house went divinely. The house is very nice, very clean, cozy with a nice private beach within a 3-minute walk. Beautiful sunsets every night! Sofia has always been brilliant and attentive to every need!

This is our second time staying at Villa Ioanna. We loved it so much last year and couldn’t believe our eyes when we got there. The location is amazing the view is breathtaking. The wonderful sunset on the sea and the 2 different verandas can offer you a different angle every night. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 10, 12 and 14, they never stopped talking about the villa in Kea, so we booked again to repeat the experience! Many memories made: playing by the pool, having breakfast at the table in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with sea view, eating together outside enjoying fresh fish cooked on the barbecue enjoying the sunset. We explored the beaches nearby like Kampi and Poisses, they are all very beautiful with crystalline water and at the end of May they are very quiet with umbrellas available for free. We went to some restaurants and they were all very nice. Steven is a great host, his information are very clear and helpful. He was always very proactive.

The minute we arrived we felt at home. The sea views, the balcony, the rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms- everything was clean, pleasant and inviting. We were 2 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. The location is perfect- a brisk 20 minute walk from the port town of koressia, minutes from gialiskari on one side and vourkari on the other. We didn’t rent a car and relied mostly on buses, and there is a bus stop literally under the house. When we did take a taxi to a more remote beach we were kindly given the number of a reliable driver. In short- thank you! You made our vacation perfect!

The apartment is really nice, very well equipped and positioned

We came last year, This time we came back with a couple friends to introduce them to this beautiful island. We were like last time hosted very well by Nikos and his family, they are very responsive if needed and very kind and helpful, they have the restaurant overlooking the beach right next door, the dishes are very simple but very good. What we like is that there are almost no tourists, it's quite wild, it's not complicated to find a deserted beach, you don't have to be afraid to take dirt and pebble paths, it goes up and down, a 4x4 car is recommended (which we rented from Leon Car in Kea). The weather was perfect, only sun with a hot sea. Among other things, we visited the ruins of Carthaea (5 km round trip on foot only) stone slab path in stairs, the ascent is quite physical but it is very beautiful. We even went diving just 2km from the house (hotel beach next door). Louilis is a car-free village, which comes to life from 6 p.m. (opening of shops and restaurants), with stairs, you go up, you go down, it's sporty, beautiful. Total rest in Elly's house, no noise, just that of the waves with 180° views of the sea and the horizon, it feels like you are alone in the world. The house has a fisherman's house atmosphere, it is not the luxury of a palace but it is very authentic, very simple, just functional. Our stay in Athanasios' and Maria's haven of peace was the best Airbnb experience we ever had, so much so that it's diffiuclt to sum it up. The terrace has an unbelievable view, nothing that the pictures can actually convey. The house was also extremely clean, comfortable and well organized, with everything you need to enjoy the full greek experience. There are hammocks, a barbecue, multiple chilling spots, even a telescope to admire the wonderful night sky. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly kind and caring. Communication with Athanasios was extremely fluid and we were given the best tips to enjoy the wonderful island of Kea. You'd definitely be lucky to stay here!

Great stay in this beautiful house with the outstanding panoramic view on the sea! The house was super clean, well equipped and the self check in process gave us the autonomy we wanted to arrive when more convenient. You'll need to drive a 10min dirt road to get there so I recommend future guests to shop some essentials before getting there. Thank you!!

A beautiful house, overlooking the sea, immersed in the lunar landscape of Kea. Apostle and his collaborators are very kind and welcoming. We had a great time and recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful apartment - great for families! Thalia had a travel crib set up and ready to go upon our arrival. Perfect spot in Korissia! Highly recommend!
