The apartment is located in a good area with excellent transport accessibility. The airport is about 25-30 minutes without traffic jams. There are many good cafes and restaurants nearby, a large shopping center. The apartment itself is spacious, there is everything you need for living. The mountains are visible from the window (but if there is no haze). Not far from the house, the 12th bus stops, which goes to Shimbulak. The owner of the apartment is always in touch, self-check-in and check-out is organized. The Internet is very fast. I recommend.

Perfect place for visiting the US embassy. The host was accommodating, punctual, resourceful. My parents felt right at home. The apartment is clean, spacious, and had everything one needs for a short stay. The location is ideal. Highly recommend.

Very warm apartment, unlike many in Almaty. Even without heating and with open windows you sit and warm.

The apartment is super cozy, it has everything you will ever need. It definitely felt just like at home! It even has a medical kit. The hair dryer was superior, which is rare these days. Kitchen had lots of supplies, and complimentary water was provided as well. The bathroom had all the needs: shampoo, douche gel etc which makes it easier when you travel with just carry on. Highly recommend this apartment to everyone, you will love it!

Dolinka Vacation Home

The house was terrific everything was very clean, with very good amenities! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schön groß! Das Haus besitzt einen Garten mit einer schönen Rasenfläche, die ich so in Kasachstan nicht kannte, außerdem gibt es dort eine Sauna, die Besitzerin des Hauses war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, etwas außerhalb der Stadt, in der Nähe gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant!!!!! Danke!😇 The house was very nice everything was very clean, with very good facilities! The beds were very comfortable and big! The house has a garden with a beautiful lawn, which I did not know so in Kazakhstan, there is also a sauna, the owner of the house was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, just outside the city, there is a very good restaurant nearby!!!!! Thank you!😇 The house was amazing everything was very clean, with very nice amenities! Mountain house on the Kamensky Plateau

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty
