Nearby is the Bolshaya Almatinka River with a view of the mountains, Park of the First President, various cafes, shops, a bazaar, a food court, a bus stop 1-2 minutes away. A lot of interesting and necessary things are within a walking distance. Check-in and check-out are flexible without strict restrictions, but by prior arrangement. (!)
