Beautiful, cozy separate wood house for you in the center of Saty. The cabin will make you fill up like you are at home, very warm feeling. The double bed is located upstairs, there is also a sofa that opens into a double bed. Private shower room and toilet with hot water, as well as a kitchenette (only for heating meals) with a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, sink and kitchen ware. This is an excellent location, very easy for taxi pick-up and drop, and all tourist attractions are approximately within 5kms. The apartment in itself is very comfortable with all amenities one may need on a tour. In the beginning we were shocked to see no AC or fan in the room only to realise later that you don't need one in Astana 🫣 The only issue if at all we had was not having WiFi connection. None of the WiFi addresses worked, despite their own personnel trying to get us connected. On the whole, the place is a sure recommendation for tourists.

Overall I’m very happy with my stay. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood is very walkable, with a small grocery store across the street and many restaurants nearby. As of when I booked the apartment the listing stated that the unit has air conditioning. It has neither air conditioning nor a fan, and the apartment got to around 28° C with the windows closed while I was there. I contacted the host and he apologized and offered to bring over a fan, which I declined since I was away from the apartment during the day. I’d likely stay here again, although I’d reconsider that if staying during the summer.

Great location, comfortable conditions, the room corresponded to the photos, and the Yernar team is available around the clock to resolve the issue. Convenient to stay alone or with family, it was quiet at night. Here are some things you can do better: - There is not enough water in the room (arrived at night, and the reception ran out, and the store downstairs was already closed) - You can add a video or photos to the instructions to help guests find the entrance to the elevators. While I was looking for the entrance, I met another person who was also looking for the entrance. (not obvious, the entrance is through the cafe) - No Android TV Thank you for making sure that the vacation went without surprises in terms of housing.

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.
