Monthly Rentals in Kaunaoa Beach

Paradise in Paradise! This home was absolutely wonderful! This was our first time on the big island and we were so happy we chose to stay here! It is about 30 minutes away from everything so be prepared for that. We hit Costco and the Grocery store after we landed and never needed anything else! You will drive to the beach, you can walk, there is a path but it’s steep, so just drive. We paid for the resort amenities and loved the beach access and gear that came with it. Going over to the Hapuna side of the resort was awesome, but we loved Mauna Kea beach, it wasn’t crowded at all due to the remodel. The snorkeling was awesome but there aren’t very many turtles but you will probably see Manta Rays. The restaurants we tried were ok but we found better food off property. We would 100% stay here again and if I won the lottery I would buy a place right here and never leave. Oh be prepared for the crazy number of light switches. MAHALO!

I enjoyed my stay at Mark's condo very much. It has a great location for getting around anywhere on the island and the view from the lani is amazing with lots of wildlife to watch. The condo is well stocked with everything you need from going to the beach to cooking in the kitchen. There is a fair amount of noise from the road and also early morning from maintenance equipment for the golf course, but that is easily taken care of with ear plugs. Mark was always easily contacted for any questions or issues. It was a great place to stay and I hope to stay again if I am fortunate enough to come back to the big island!

We had a wonderful stay at this Hapuna Residences Airbnb. The place was fantastic for easy access to the beach and the resort. We enjoyed the cove and the beach - snorkeling and boogie boarding. You can watch the sunset every evening from the patio and we got to watch spinner dolphins in the ocean on one of the days. The condo is modern and very comfortable. Having access to the resort amenities (with additional fee) was worth it. While the food choices are limited at the premise, other restaurants at nearby resorts are not too far off a drive up and down the scenic highway. Waimea also has some great restaurants and is about a 20 min drive. Jacqueline was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Always felt that we were taken care of. Definitely a place that I would vacation again with my family.

I really love the place… it’s nice and clean and it feels right to spend time with family.
