Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kastellorizo

Everything was perfect. Place was so big and cozy, and the view was actually insane. You can see the peninsula, sunset and islands in one view in the balcony. Pool was really good too. I wanna come back here again next year. Definitely recommended. It's really close to the city center. Walking down to the city center is easy but going back uphill to the apartment was kinda hard so I'd recommend taking a cab to do that. Otherwise, location is really good.

Kaş merkeze çok yakın bir yer. Kaldığımız oda 3 kişilikti ve çok güzeldi. Herkes çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Mutlaka tavsiye edeceğim.

Traumhafter Ausblick, volle Ausstattung, Sauna Whirlpool außenpool, zwar etwas kalt im September da der Pool keine direkte Sonnenbestrahlung hat aber für den Hochsommer sicher gut erfrischend, alles war sehr sauber, ein tv mit Smart tv auch dabei. Parkplätze gab es direkt vor der Tür und die Lage ist gut, da man mit dem Auto überall schnell ist innerhalb von 5 -10 min .

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the shower but Ahmet was very responsive and fixed this quickly, The apartment is well located and is a short (but very steep) walk into the old town. The balcony had the most amazing views over Kas and we caught some incredible sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Kaş is our annual escape into paradise. Every year we leave happy and refreshed. Staying in Gökhan’s property was no exception. We enjoyed the apartment and felt at home. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host took good care of us. They were responsive and helpful. In our past holidays in Kaş we stayed above the city. We prefer the view of the water from there. Access to downtown Kaş is easier from there as well. This property has its own beauty, though. It is a view of the water and the mountains that shield our little coastal heaven from behind. Finding the property is not so easy at first. The roads from the highway are steep and curvy. Accessing this house from the town is easier. It takes about 10 minutes by car. But it is a nice escape from the city center. It is more quiet. This apartment is nice. I will say the pictures on the listing are amazing. It is not quite as nice in person. But still nice & clean with a great view. Overall a very good experience!

Nice spacious apartment, more then enough for two people. Pros: the apartment is well located – close to the center. The view is amazing, we were really enjoying spending time at the balcony. Cons: roosters were crazy. It impossible to sleep well, especially if you have a fragile sleep. Also it would be better to receive check-in instructions in advance.

Очень красивая квартира с потрясающим видом. Есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Качественная мебель и техника. Хорошая локация, недалеко от Каша. На машине очень легко добираться до всех мест. Мы жили месяц и успели объездить все ближайшие пляжи, бухты и смотровые площадки. Это одно из красивейших мест, а утреннее кофе с видом на море и острова делает его просто великолепным) Хозяйка всегда была на связи и быстро откликалась на наши вопросы и просьбы. Ev son derece temizdi. Bebeğimiz olduğu için ekstra dikkat ettik. Gerçekten evde aklımıza gelecek her ihtiyaç düşünülmüştü. ( yedek çöp poşeti, deterjanlar, çay- şeker gibi temel ihtiyaçlar) Evin manzarası zaten harika, balkonda rahat etmek için her şey vardı( şezlonglar, temiz havlular, masa) 5-10 dakika yürüyüşle merkeze ulaşılıyor bu da park yeri aramadan yürüyerek Kaş’ı dolaşmaya imkan sağladığı için çok rahat ettik. Kendiisne teşekkür ederiz :)

2 çift olarak konakladık ve kesinlikle fiyatını hak eden bir ev. Fotoğraflarda ne gördüysek evde de aynısı vardı. Tüm temel ihtiyaçlarımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı. Necip bey oldukça ilgiliydi. Bu yüzden teşekkür ediyorum.

Villa fotoğraflarda olduğundan çok daha güzel ve temizdi. Can bey ve kıymetli ailesinin misafirperverliği, güleryüzü, anlayışı ve her konuda yardımcı olmaları bizi apayrı mutlu etti. Hem merkezi konum Hemde doğayla iç içe huzurlu bir tatil arıyorsanız mutlaka tavsiye ediyoruz.

Öncelikle kafa dinlemek için mükemmel bir konum, tekrar Kaş'a gitme planı olsa yine tercih ederim ve her zaman öneririm. Evin içinde, her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş, tüm ihtiyaçlar karşılanmak için hazırlanmış. En önemli husus ise hijyen ve temizlik kesinlikle 10/10 bir deneyim sunulmuş. Banyo, wc ve mutfak pırıl pırıl, havlular ve nevresim takımları ilk günkü temizlikte. Bahçe peyzajı çok güzel, bahçe de üç adet oturma alanı bulunuyor çok rahat ve huzurlu. Bahçedeki barbekü tam ihtiyaca uygun. Bir çok konaklamamda havuz bulunuyordu, fakat bu kadar temiz ve iyi bir sistemi olanla ilk defa karşılaştım. Bahçe duşu, pinpon masası, armut koltuklar vs artı olanaklar. Evin dizaynı ve dekoru çok şık, en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş bir ev. Kendinizi doğa ile başbaşa, huzurlu ve kendi evinizde gibi hissetmek istiyorsanız kesin bu evi tercih etmelisiniz. Ev sahibine bizi ağırladığı için çok teşekkür ederim, umarım tekrar konaklama şansımız olur.

Wij zijn heel erg tevreden over het verblijf. Wij voelden ons echt thuis , alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Ahmet reageerde altijd binnen 10 minuten. Bij problemen of andere zaken hadden wij een fijne communicatie. Perfecte locatie om met zijn tweeën te verblijven. Wij raden het zeker aan om hier te verblijven! Bedankt voor alles🙏

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

Ailece sürekli kültürel ve doğa tatilleri yapmaktan çok hoşlanırız. Airbnb de burayı gördüğümüzde biraz şüphelenmedik değil. Böyle bir villayı uygun sayılacak bir ücrete vermesine inanamadık ama airbnb ye güvenerek tuttuk. Daha sonra Emin beye bir kaç sorumuz oldu, çok kibarca anında cevapladı. Daha sonra Asmalı Villayı kendi gözlerimizle görünce anladık ki resimlerdende güzelmiş. Doğanın içinde kuş sesleri, ağaçlarda oynayan sincaplar etrafdaki köy halkının misafir perverliği harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler ve eksiksizdi. Mutfak da tencere,tava,bardak,tuz,karabiber ve bahartlara kadar hepsi vardı. evimde bile olmayan kocaman ambilayt özellikli TV. beyaz eşyaların hepsi yeni ve Bosch marka. yataklar viscosite, salonda langırt oyun masası, ne yazsam az kalır. Bu ev benim olsaydı kiralamaya kıyamazdım. Netice de Emin beye ve Airbnb ye çok teşekkür ederiz. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Kalkan da şehir merkezine yakın aileniz ile güzel tatil yapabileceğiniz harika bir apart ev beş gün konakladık.Evin havuzu temiz ve evde kalan kişiye özel ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz tüm klima vs. mevcut ve çalışır durumdaydı.Ev sahibi Ahmet Bey ve ailesi son derece ilgili, duyarlı ve nazik insanlar. Zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlamadan tekrar görüşmek üzere vedalaştık.

Selamlar gönül rahatlığıyla kı aklama yapabilirsiniz. Manzarası mükemmel ana caddeye çok yakın 5-6 adamda villaya giriş yapıyorsunuz. Kaş merkeze araçla 15 dk mesafede. Ömer Bey’e de ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz her şey harikaydı.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.
