In dem historischen, ca 400 Jahre alten Steinhaus befindet sich im EG ein Studio-Apartment, ideal für zwei Personen. Der Hinterhof bietet an Hochsommertagen einen schattigen Rückzugsort. Parkplätze sind an der Sackgasse und 1 neben dem Haus. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Apotheke sind ca 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Trogir od. Split, erreicht man in 20 - 35 Minuten.

Plaža i more je svega 800 m od objekta te se možemo pohvaliti da je na istoj udaljenosti i plaža za pse.

This is one of the most impressive villas we have ever stayed in. The design, details and functionality are perfect. However, the views and surroundings are exceptional, especially when you consider that you’re only a couple of miles off the main road halfway between Split and Split Airport. The access road is a bit tricky. It’s a single track road that is about 2 miles long along the side of the train track and then up to the hillside. We had a 9 seater van which was a squeeze but smaller SUVs could manage it easily. Mastering the dreaded “S” bend is a great sense of achievement. The road is mostly concrete and other drivers s very courteous. Moreover, Ivana and Toni are brilliant hosts. The lengths they went to to make sure we were happy were well beyond super host standards. We can’t thank them enough. If your keen on seeing lovely Croatia, and you’re considering this villa, look no further. It’s just Fab!

A brand new modern apartment

The accommodation is great and modern, with everything you need for an holiday. It's clean and nicely designed, there is also an table outside on the patio. Parking space available in front of house. Close to the local beach - maximum 10 minutes walk. The house is positioned on an street with a little bit of traffic, but closing the windows and rolling the shades reduces the noise and lights from outside. the near airport closes at 11 pm, and opens in the morning, so it's not an real problem with aircraft noise. In the end it was a great stay for my family of four. Thank you Zeljka!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Andrija. Avec sa maman, ce sont des hôtes accueillants et ouverts à la discussion. Le logement est fonctionnel, très propre et idéal pour les couples voulant visiter la région et profiter du soleil au bord de la piscine. A notre arrivée, Andrija nous a donné une liste avec les meilleurs restaurants et plages autour de la maison.

Jure är en riktigt bra värd, och hans boende var vackert beläget lite utanför hektiska Split i mysiga Kaštel Lukšić. Gångavstånd till strand, nära till matbutik, och det fanns till och med en grill och en supermysig uteplats! 10/10 vill verkligen komma tillbaka 🌞

Me and my partner spent a week in the apartment it’s a great size and has everything you may need, we just felt at home the moment we stepped foot in the apartment. Kristina was an amazing host and was very helpful. We enjoyed all the local restaurants and bars and would recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for a holiday in Croatia. We will definitely be back in the future as we have fallen in love with the country and especially Kaštel stari.
