Spacious two-room apartment (52m2) in a good location in the center of the harbor. Large balcony to the south with lake view. A parking space for the car in the downstairs garage, access to the apartment by elevator. Electric car charging, charged according to consumption. Barrier-free access. Cooling air heat pump. One bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a box mattress. The living room has a sofa bed (140cm). In addition, if necessary, an air mattress 80 cm. A newly built spacious studio with a glazed balcony, located in the lush scenery of Puijonlaakso, next to the university. From the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful views over Savilahti. Barrier-free access to the apartment. Kuopio city center is 2.5 km away. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which two lines run in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with beaches.

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

This oasis of relaxation is a stunning, unique architectural ensemble on the tip of the peninsula, with space to breathe and calm down. The cottage is located by a clean Suvasvesi. Next to the main cottage, there is a summertime sleeping fence with a stunning panorama of lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge deck area connects the main cottage, sleeping fence, and dock complex with lots on the beach, and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here:).

Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating.
