It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Lindvallen and Kläppen ski resorts. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with the landlord. The cottage accommodates: A bedroom with two single beds. Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

This is a peaceful home in a 1800 - speech cottage on the edge of the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice footpaths and bike paths. 10 min to Klippen ski tracks and slopes. 20 min to Vasalopp start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meters pool. Mini golf, etc. 5 minutes to Lima's Skiing Stadium with nice cross-country tracks. Wood is available to buy with us.

Välkomna att bo i vår lilla nybyggda stuga i Orrliden. Här bor du med härlig utsikt över fjällen och med direkt närhet till längdspår och skoterled. Stugan är liten men smart planerad med sovloft med dubbelsäng och separat sovrum med våningssäng. Kök som har det mesta du behöver och badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Det är ca 3 km till både Tandådalen och Hundfjället och SkiStar-bussen har hållplats vid området. Det är ett nybyggt område så det pågår fortfarande en del byggnation i området.
