A wonderful place to stay and relax. Beautiful and spacious old house converted to a heritage property with all modern amenities. Caretaker Ellamma is very friendly and helpful. She made out check in very easy. All the rooms were perfectly set as shown in the pictures. Padubidri beach is just 2 kms away. One of the most beautiful and well managed beaches I have seen so far. You can easily get transport from the circle nearby. Host is very humble and nice. She even allowed us 1 hour early check in. Got very good food and restaurant recommendations from her. Thank you so much for all your help to made our stay wonderful.

This place is like a gem.. trust me. Beautifully located bang opposite to the beach. the apartment is super spacious and exceeded our expectations. we wanted privacy, poshness and cleanliness and Priyanka's apartment had it all. Priyanka is a very responsive and a very helpful host. she gave us all the information visitors need.. and without me even asking for it. I think this is wonderful. The caretakers really take good care of you. Secluded beach at 25metres from property entrance.. with nobody to bother you. clean n spotless beach. totally recommend this place to everyone.. get away from the hustle n bustle of the city and stay at this apartment.. you will thank me later. definitely going there again.. my wife and I loved it! thank you Priyanka for being a 7 star host!!

I had a great stay at Sabiya's place. The surroundings are very good, full of greenery. There are mango, coconut, chiku tress . Banana and papaya plants. I had the opportunity to eat organic mango and papaya. The surrounding are very quite and nice place to carry out office work. No disturbance from outside. The host has planted few vegetables plants also. From the terrace, we can see a beautiful view of surrounding area. The host has adopted hens and chicks also. No issue of power and water supply. The host is friendly and guided me for nearly restaurants, places to see around. The best part was I could go to the seashore in the morning for a nice walk which was took hardly 20minutes. I had a great time at the place and I would be very happy to visit and stay at this place again. Regards Shahin
