Pleasant stay. Guarded parking in the parallel street and shopping around the corner. Walking distance from downtown. Quiet location. The most necessary utensils were available. I'd love to come back.

Very nice, clean and beautiful apartment in a quiet location. The furnishings in the apartment are of a very good quality and the bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is of outstanding quality.. We felt immediately at home. There are lots of good restaurants and shops near the apartment. Everything is walkable and easy to reach, including the spa area and the bus station. Sarka is an excellent host - helpful, informative and responsive. We would certainly choose this apartment next time we visit Karlovy Vary.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

Everything was great. Pavel was very friendly and the place was clean and tidy. On the positive side, Pavel offered us to stay longer in the accommodation.

Martin’s apartment is perfectly situated for enjoying Karlovy Vary. It is a short walk from the train station, and just a 15-20 minute—and quite scenic!—walk to the heart of the city. A good grocery store and restaurant are right across the street. The apartment is homey, has great views, and provides a good variety of space, seating, and lighting. Martin and his mother are excellent hosts, getting the guest off to a good start and providing responsive communication. This property is highly recommended.

Responsive and friendly host. Very easy and quick check-in. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and good night sleep. We'd definitely come back. Note: Tourist tax (€0.80/person/night) was not disclosed, contrary to Airbnb’s mandatory policy.

We were extremely happy with this location! The apartment is lovely – very clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and with a welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home from the first moment. The area is quiet and access is easy including parking. The hosts were exceptional! Communication was quick and friendly, and when we had a little problem – inadvertently forgot the keys in the apartment and could no longer open the barrier to get out of the car park – they came immediately to our aid without any hesitation. Thanks again for their promptness and kindness! I highly recommend this location and we will definitely come back if we get to the area again. An experience beyond expectations!

We loved Petra’s apartment. When we stepped inside it felt very homey. The apartment is large, has 2 bedrooms, each with TV, main one with lounge, , big kitchen, washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. We had a car so the location was great for us being a bit away from the Center if the town and close to golf resort we have played golf at. We have enjoyed our stay in Petra’s place and would recommend her apartment to anyone,

Very nice and large place in a close center location. With the communication and check-in everything worked out wonderfully and for a relaxing stay in Karlovy Vary with a few excursions in the area, the apartment is perfect :)

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

This apartment was a great find. Possibly due to translation issues, we did not undertand quite how much we were getting. In particular there are (in effect) three separate bedrooms, all with twin beds. One room doubles as the huge living room, with TV, even with Netflix!, but there were other sitting-places, including in the kitchen, so each can have his own private space, and only about 11 mins drive to the ski resort of Klinovec. The apartment is in an unusal building, with other apartments, but also a very large ground floor common room with lots of tables and chairs and places to leave your wet ski equipment. Was it a hostel in the past? The apartment was quite basic, with nets but no curtains to stop the morning light, and no bedside lights, so you had to walk through the room in the dark to get to your bed, and no hook for the shower-head. But a bargain certainly. I would hope that the minor issues are easliy fixed but I would stay here again anyway, as it was ideal for us.

We were very well in the place, all was nice and very clean. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in Lucas' apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very nice, it looks exactly as it appears in the photos. It's on the third floor. Everything is clean, tidy and cozy. The Internet works perfectly. Parking spaces could always be found. Not far from the center, but for older people or people with small children it will be difficult to go back because the road goes uphill. Near the house there is a good supermarket and an Italian restaurant. But I have to talk about a few downsides we came across: Water in the bathroom sink was always clogged. It was fresh in the apartment and unfortunately we could not turn on the heating. In the bathroom, unfortunately, we could not turn on the battery to dry the towels. The mattress on the double bed is very soft and probably a little older. Otherwise, everything was good.

Top apartment, great check-in, quiet environment in nature. Nevertheless, quickly by car in Karlovy Vary and the mountainous roads in the area are also a highlight!

The place is perfect for an active vacation. From there, it is just a few minutes to Keilberg or the German side of the Erzgebirge. It was nice and quiet in the area, but we would definitely recommend a car!

Very cozy with six. You can easily reach the ski resorts. You have everything you need, but you can go to the fifth floor every time. I recommend recommending 👍

Had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in easy. The location was perfect, close to Karlovy Vary and has a ski slope near the house Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The apartment is very cozy, we felt very much at home. Via ferratas are easily accessible by car.
