Very nice, clean and beautiful apartment in a quiet location. The furnishings in the apartment are of a very good quality and the bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is of outstanding quality.. We felt immediately at home. There are lots of good restaurants and shops near the apartment. Everything is walkable and easy to reach, including the spa area and the bus station. Sarka is an excellent host - helpful, informative and responsive. We would certainly choose this apartment next time we visit Karlovy Vary.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

Very well located and quiet. Daniela speaks very good French and is very welcoming. We had maps and guides of the city and region at our disposal. Clean place. Next to a small supermarket and two three restaurants. Perfect place of very good quality price.

We had a wonderful few days in Karlovy Vary - starting with a very nice reception in the city with parking and key handover. The interaction was easy, friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We even saw each other by chance in the city and were very warmly greeted there. We also liked the apartment very much, the view and location are great! The furnishings were the other way around than in the photos - bedroom and living room including kitchen exchanged - but we liked it very much. We will be happy to come back.

A wonderful apartment with stylish design, very comfortable for an eight-day stay. At first, it seemed like there was an issue with the hot water, but the manager answered the call immediately and explained that we just needed to let it flow for a bit. WiFi is unstable. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. We also really enjoyed having a balcony. Great location — about a ten-minute walk to the train/bus stations and the city center. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We stayed in Petra's apartment for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. The center of Karlsbad was within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very spacious and well equipped. Everything was great!

Very nice and large place in a close center location. With the communication and check-in everything worked out wonderfully and for a relaxing stay in Karlovy Vary with a few excursions in the area, the apartment is perfect :)

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

This apartment was a great find. Possibly due to translation issues, we did not undertand quite how much we were getting. In particular there are (in effect) three separate bedrooms, all with twin beds. One room doubles as the huge living room, with TV, even with Netflix!, but there were other sitting-places, including in the kitchen, so each can have his own private space, and only about 11 mins drive to the ski resort of Klinovec. The apartment is in an unusal building, with other apartments, but also a very large ground floor common room with lots of tables and chairs and places to leave your wet ski equipment. Was it a hostel in the past? The apartment was quite basic, with nets but no curtains to stop the morning light, and no bedside lights, so you had to walk through the room in the dark to get to your bed, and no hook for the shower-head. But a bargain certainly. I would hope that the minor issues are easliy fixed but I would stay here again anyway, as it was ideal for us.

The place was nice, the rooms were big, good accessibility to the center and services, the owners were nice, they arranged free parking, communication without problems and quickly.

Everything was great, the communication was great and Martin was very accommodating! I'd love to come back :)

We stayed in Lucas' apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very nice, it looks exactly as it appears in the photos. It's on the third floor. Everything is clean, tidy and cozy. The Internet works perfectly. Parking spaces could always be found. Not far from the center, but for older people or people with small children it will be difficult to go back because the road goes uphill. Near the house there is a good supermarket and an Italian restaurant. But I have to talk about a few downsides we came across: Water in the bathroom sink was always clogged. It was fresh in the apartment and unfortunately we could not turn on the heating. In the bathroom, unfortunately, we could not turn on the battery to dry the towels. The mattress on the double bed is very soft and probably a little older. Otherwise, everything was good.

Very nice apartment, conveniently located near downtown Kraslice. The apartment is very well furnished, spacious, cozy and warm. I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was great! Very clean, well equipped and in a great location. Check-in was straightforward and the host was friendly. I felt very comfortable and love coming back!

We were there for a short ski trip and enjoyed the space. The house is not far from the lifts and is easily accessible by car. We were able to park right in front of the house. Two cars can easily fit in front of it. Upstairs are three rooms with one double bed each and in two rooms one more person can sleep on a sofa bed. There is a very large bathroom upstairs. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. The other bathroom is on the ground floor. This seemed to have slight drainage issues and smelled a little. Open the windows and everything was ok. The living space and the open kitchen are large. We did not use the balcony in winter. The view is towards Oberwiesenthal and is magnificent. The kitchen is super equipped. We would highly recommend the house.

Everything is great! The location is great! The apartment is luxuriously renovated, everything is even better than in the photos. I would recommend it.

Responsive and friendly host. Very easy and quick check-in. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and good night sleep. We'd definitely come back. Note: Tourist tax (€0.80/person/night) was not disclosed, contrary to Airbnb’s mandatory policy.

Quiet, clean and amicable spot not far from the center. Equipped with all necessary amenities. Stunning view of the city. Hiking possibilities just around the corner. For Karlový Vary itsself if you don't mind stairs, you'll easily get around the city.
