We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay at Apollo’s beautiful villa! The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our visit. The house is on the beach where we enjoyed swimming after a day of exploring Samos. You can walk up the street and enjoy local restaurants or drive to Kokari, Pythagorio, or Karlovasi. For our check-in, Apollon met us at the house, explained all we needed to know, and supplied us with a few provisions to get started. Excellent host who I strongly recommend for your adventures in Samos! Five stars!

Eleni is a great host. She is very responsive, and has quick solutions for every issue. We stayed 2 nights. The location of the house is great and the house is very cosy. Since we stayed end of march we did not swim. I can not imagine summer time, you can jump to the sea 5 steps later. Beach front, sleep with the wave sounds . Peacefull place. There are lots of restaurants around. We rented a car to explore the island, but if you would like to only stay in this location you can reach anything by walking.

We booked the same day we arrived, Kleopatra had just cleaned when we parked and told her that we just arrived. She waited waving her hand in front of the entrance to the complex of several flats while I walked down the street in the direction she had told me. In the beginning there wasn´t any hot water, but when I sent her a message, immediately the heater was turned on. She also brought me a hair dryer. The appartment is nice, luminous and tidy, with a small balcony with a table an two chairs to enjoy the view on the Marina. The kitchen is basic, but enough. You´ll find salt, but will have to achieve the rest in the nearby supermarket. Still, a very good price-service relation, quite unbeatable on Samos, I guess. It is much more comfortable than the photos and Stella thought even smallest details. If I come again, I would definetely want to stay again.

Beautiful location with stunning sunsets. Lovely cats and more than enough space in both house and garden. Usually quiet, but in weekends you could hear the live music from the bar nearby. Directly from the house there are several nice hikes possible. Supermarket and bakery in 5 minutes driving distance. Definitely a place to return.

We enjoyed our stay as a family! The view is perfect. Having the pool was another plus. Breakfast is important for us, and we were satisfied with that too. The hosts are already very sweet! Thanks for everything!

This is a little gem of a place! A little bohemian and relaxing with beautiful views of both sea & mountain. The pool is fabulous but as the lovely beach is a 5 minute walk you are spoiled for choice. The bathroom was the only slight issue, clean & adequate but very small. I will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tania. Very nice pool for early evening swims after beach and touring. Samos offered several beaches that were easy to find from property. Very clean house that was well-appointed. Closest village, Kokkari, was just 3km away with great restaurants and beaches to enjoy.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Nafsika handled the communication via Airbnb, reacted timely, was helpful and flexible. Manya was the one present at the location. She gave us plenty of good advice and made some calls for us when we needed help with something. The place is really nice and is at a beautiful location. It's just recommended to rent a car, as it is a little outside of Kedros. We really liked our stay! We will come back to Samos and if possible stay at the same place again!

We had a great week at the property with our kids (16,13,10). The view is truly stunning. In the kitchen you will find everything else you might need. The house has all the comforts. Spacious rooms, a swimming pool with sea views, several seats and plenty of space inside. Recommended to do in the area is hiking in the surroundings of the Potami waterfalls and eating at the top of the steep stairs. And if you really want to see a beautiful sunset, you should definitely eat at Orizontas (book). A boat trip to Ephesus is also well worthwhile. In the May holidays, it can still be fresh, so a cardigan is recommended. The house is quite centrally located and you can easily reach the surrounding villages with a rental car. The photos match what you see in real life, maybe it's even nicer!

the cleaning of the house was great, daily cleaning was done and our garbage was taken away. The view of the pool was very nice, the grocery store, the beach and restaurants were a few minutes away by car. Her communication and hospitality were nice... We really enjoyed the vacation. The hosts are extremely helpful and very personable. This was the best experience we've had on Airbnb so far. We were even personally welcomed by Hanna at Samos Airport and during the stay in the beautiful villa with a fantastic view of the sea, we were provided with further information and tips for a nice vacation. Upon arrival, nothing was missing. The hosts were so nice and even left us a few culinary treats in the fridge to start the vacation and during the vacation we were even surprised with a freshly baked apple pie. We wanted to take a taxi to the airport at the end of the vacation - but Hanna offered to be driven by her husband Mirko - just great this service and the hospitable treatment. We can recommend the hosts 100% and would come back at any time. Thank you

Antonis’s place was great — super clean and peaceful. We had an amazing time. I have no words for the view — it was simply fascinating. We also loved the private beach, which was just a 2-minute walk from the house. The pool was always clean, and the house was cleaned every day. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars just 15 minutes away by car. We hope to visit Limnionas again next year. Thank you for everything. 🥳🌸

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The family members were all helpful and supportive. They even made a phone call to Athens to help me locate a long lost relative on the Island. I highly recommend Jimmy's Place and hope to visit again.

we have spent a week in this perfect house. the house has everything you need, and even more. It is next to the sea but you should know that it is not possible to go swimming in front of the house. but the view, especially the sunset is amazing, Maria is always helpful and very kind. The island is a gem. Every part of it is worth to go and discover. and from this point of view the location of the house is also good. and we love the village Agios Konstantinos which is the closest. beautful island, beautiful house..

This is the perfect place to unwind. It is a rustic setting completely secluded, just you and nature. Spectacular scenery and tranquility with the best sunsets. Alexis and Vicky were extremely kind and helpful, picked us up at the airport and provided fruits and vegetables from their garden. Special mention to the homemade ice cream! Look no further if your goal is peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful time at Balos Beach. The ocean is just a few steps away from Dafnis place. You even are able hear the waves crash from your bedroom. There are several restaurants in a walking distance and the beach is perfect if you a looking for a silent place to calm down. Next to the apartment is a local coffee shop/mini-market which has Greek Live music once a week. Listening to the live music next to many locals was one the most delightful experiences we had in Greece. Dafnis husband who can provide you with fresh bread, croissants, etc. on a daily basis was the cherry on top.

Eva was really friendly, she even let us to change reservation date. The house was clean and cozy. The location is in centre and close to all restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there.

If you are looking for a paradise, then this is the place to be. A cottage located on the beach, a little higher up, but with a beautifully landscaped staircase, you can reach the beach. All for yourself, your own little bay. All you hear are the crickets, waves and the wind. The view is awesome. Especially in the evening, you can see the lights of Balos and other villages far away from your place. Two sunbeds and a sandy beach so you can easily get into the water. A little further on, where you will not notice anything at all, is a great authentic Greek restaurant. This has the most beautiful view of any restaurant. The owner comes to your table and tells you what's on the menu that day. Recommended! Maria and her husband are warm people, just like the rest of the island. Renting a car is a must to get to the cottage and to do the shopping. But especially take the time to do nothing but stare over the water and eat at the neighbor (Bella Vista).
