We were very satisfied with our stay. Very cozy house (with three heating options), spotless, thoughtful and full equipped. The owners are friendly and very considerate. I was surprised that they had made sure there were many options for breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet and you find parking easily.

We spent Easter holidays in Mrs. Georgia's lovely apartment, my husband and our little daughter. We really loved it ! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, the decor of the space is very nice and it seems that they have put a lot of love into fixing it.It has everything from home equipment that helps you stay a lot for days and you really feel like home.! Mrs. Georgia is very friendly and kind. We had left a difference in breakfast foods like in the fridge, water,juice, etc. There really aren't as good hosts like her. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and you won't regret it. We wish the road to Ioannina again and we will definitely stay in Mrs. Georgia's apartment.

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina's place! It's right in the centre of town so everything is walkable. We had fresh bread every morning from one of the many bakeries downstairs and the supermarket is only a block away. Very clean and tidy and had everything you could need - especially happy with the washing machine and dryer as we were mid-trip with two little ones. Katerina's mother went above and beyond for both check in and any extra we requested and we didn't want for anything 🙂 Katerina's home is a great size for a family too. Good size first and second bedrooms, large lounge and huge kitchen table! I will definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We arrived late at night and left by 11 am the next day, so it was a very quick stop. However, the place was easy to find - in spite of being secluded (great instructions). It was probably the cutest AirBnB I ever stayed at. Very functional and beautifully decorated. I wish we had more time to explore the surroundings with its vibrant cafes and restaurants. One negative was that when in the bedroom, we could hear the people from the next door unit when they spoke a bit loudly.

What stood out from the first moment was the wonderful decoration of the space. Every corner was well thought out, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that made you feel immediately at home. Special mention should be made of the quality of the mattress, which ensured a truly restful sleep after our walks in the city. Beyond aesthetics and comfort, the privacy offered by the accommodation played a decisive role in our impeccable experience. We felt completely comfortable and independent throughout our stay. And of course, a huge advantage, especially for Ioannina, was the provision of parking. This solved our problems and saved us from looking for a place, which is very important in the city. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our stay in Ioannina and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home that combines comfort, style, privacy and practicality.
