The villa has direct access on to a picture postcard, empty, palm-fringed, sandy beach, which although not recommended for swimming, is perfect for sunbathing, walking and paddling in the surf.

Very friendly host. It has taken only a minute to check in. High quality, Clean room with a fantastic river view. Not far from the beaches. Barista cafe and a deapartmental store below the apartments is an added advantage. Apartment also has a kitchen. Overall , fantastic staying experience.

Great villa. Very clean, comfortable beds, clean pool. Walking distance to the beach or large shops, but no problem getting there by tuk-tuk, the host is always ready to help with the transfer.

Great location, quite peaceful and as described 50 m from local beach. Had a lovely village feel to the area, would highly recommend for a long stay and great value for money.

We had an amazing stay with Hiruni and Chehan. They are the kindest people, trying to meet ours and our kids every need. Including offering us rides, helping us with errands, cooking really good Sri Lankan food. The place is beautiful, bright and clean and in a great location, close to supermarkets and the beach is just a Tuktuk ride away. We can definitely recommend it anytime.

I would like to thank Maria and all the team for such a lovely holidays. Villa is extremely beautiful and in good location, it is very peaceful, the beach is just in front of the courtyard. Most importantly, I would like to mention people who were looking after us: Upali, Nando and of course our chef. Chef cooked the best food in all Sri Lanca, he was surprising us with the different cuisines and dishes. Upali and Nando were always attentive to all our need and extremely helpful. Chef, thank you for everything- great food and great company ❤️ Thank you, Marina for such a lovely holiday we had ❤️

Very good location, nice and clean villa. The host is very friendly and easy going. Supermarket is 3min walk, restaurant is next to this villa, beach is 7 min walk, but there are a lot of locals.

What a great place to stay at! Literally in front of the beach. Very peaceful and beautiful place. Dinesh (the care taker) was very friendly and helpful. Such a great staff. Will definitely visit again!

Bernhard and Roni were the perfect host , very caring and they both have a great sense of humour . We had a great time with them . Their local knowledge is second to none and they made us very welcome . If you love fish , fresh catch is available just 5 mins away . The beach is just behind the fish stalls and very peaceful where no touts will hassle you . Most morning you can see the fishermen haul their catch in and sitting on the beach watching them go about their day to day business is so nice . Enjoy your stay with Bernhard and Roni and their Sri lankan breakfast is just amazing .
