Aswathi and her mother were incredibly kind, warm, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely outstanding—home-cooked meals that were so delicious, we found ourselves preferring it over any restaurant! Aunty’s cooking was beyond words, and we were spoiled with an array of freshly prepared breakfast, fruits, lunch, snacks, and dinner, every day. The homestay itself was a gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil atmosphere, the location was perfect. It was the ideal retreat, offering both peace and beauty. Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

Our stay at Dream View was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beautiful surroundings – lush green trees everywhere and delightful coffee plantations right at our doorstep. Being so close to the forest made it incredibly peaceful and truly felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the pleasant surprises was how excellent the WiFi was, which allowed us to stay connected when needed without any issues. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Shyam bro. He is an incredibly wonderful and genuenly sweet person! Shyam went above and beyond, taking us to the best local restaurant, recommending fantastic places to explore, and was always incredibly responsive to any questions we had. His hospitality truly made us feel at home and welcomed. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be booking again on our next visit. Was a pleasant stay, the caretaker Manoj was very helpful and the home cooked Kerala food was delicious. Also has a fully functional kitchen. Has some good sight seeings nearby. For local sight seeing and Wayanad it’s great. For Kabini / nagarhole safari would not recommend as the forest road closes from 6pm-6am, we were not aware and had to reach the place back with 100km detour. Overall it’s a nice peaceful place to spend with family.

Great place with awesome vibe and at early morning the fod makes it soo beautiful to watch the sunrise. we enjoyed with fast wifi and a smart tv. we cooked as well. Overall great place.

It was a great experience to stay in a tree house. It was my first time and I am not gonna get over this beautiful feeling of staying here anytime soon. There is calm river flowing right in front of the tree house. There is a beautiful farm where you can take a stroll and explore the various vegetation the family is taking care of. Mahima helped me set up a beautiful candle light dinner which definitely helped me to have one of the most beautiful experiences so far. Highly recommended. Please go and enjoy the hospitality.

Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa nestled in nature. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and even has a charming little stream flowing through it, which adds to the serene vibe. The villa itself is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the host, Mr. Shine. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and always just a call away for anything we needed. His hospitality really enhanced our overall experience. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to the pleasant weather, it didn’t feel uncomfortable—though it did get a bit warm during the afternoons (we visited in May). Also, there’s a CCTV camera installed at the outer boundary facing the swimming pool, which slightly impacts the privacy for couples and could be reconsidered. The location is excellent with adventure parks, viewpoints, and tea gardens all nearby. The view from the property includes a stunning mountain backdrop.

Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! The view was breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty every day was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is quite private, which gave us the space to really relax and have fun without interruptions. It’s a bit of a challenge to reach the hotel because of the steep road, but trust me — it’s totally worth the effort once you get there. The cleanliness was top-notch — definitely a 5-star experience in that regard. The food was simply awesome, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Will visit again ❤️

Awesome place to stay & host is very supportive. Place to stay is very clean, calm & very good for family. They provide basic stuff everyday like eggs, milk, bread, biscuit & also give seasonal fruits available on the farm. There will be firecamp & barbeque if you wish to use. Little away from the city, there is no noise of vehicles & also very less people around. Host will be available everytime whenever you need any help. Maid will be available everyday for cleaning except Sunday. If you need anything from town, host will arrange a person to deliver it to your stay. Town is also very nearby if you need anything.
