The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bed linen & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. The renovated bathroom makes the cottage a luxurious place to enjoy the peace, space and nature.

we spent a week in Vera and Ellen's house. We stayed there from May 12 to May 19, 2025. It was very cozy and lehk decorated. The garden was ideal to stay in. Plenty of room for us and the dog. Beautiful bathroom and neat toilet. In the area beautiful cycling routes and hiking opportunities. Everything was fine.

We felt right at home here. The space was spotless and had everything we needed. The sauna was a luxury to have during a rainy and windy weather. There are multiple national parks and towns in the vicinity where one can hike, kayak, and boat around the canals. We’d highly recommend this accommodation for couples.

We stayed with 5 friends between the ages of 25 - 30 for a long weekend in this beautiful house. The house exactly matches the description and pictures, the two house owners were very kind and accommodating without being intrusive. They even provided us with eggs from their own chickens. The house is situated in a village with a small supermarket and a drugstore and a small "vending machine village shop", everything is within walking distance. By car, several larger villages, with a variety of different restaurants, sights and various activities, can be reached in less than half an hour. Our goal was to have a nice time with our friends and our expectations were more than met, we highly recommend the place to anyone! Thanks for the stay!

Access is easy, and the host was very responsive and professional, responding quickly to any questions I had. The location is ideal, only 30 minutes drive from Giethoorn, the "Venice of the North". I highly recommend this place to those looking for tranquility, comfort, and proximity to remarkable sights.

Very nice peaceful little house in the countryside. Pleasant fire, very friendly Anja and Rein. Beautiful national parks nearby as well as the beautiful village of Giethoorn (not too many people in autumn).
