Monika was a perfect host! Very responsive when we arrived after dark and not 100% sure we were at the correct villa. House was exactly as described, the pool looked amazing but the weather was a bit chilly for us to enjoy. Would highly recommend staying!

What an absolute gem of a place! Let's start at the beginning. We were a group of 4 adults. The property owner kept us up-to-date with all needed information prior to arrival & included links for local eateries, activities & attractions to better plan our stay. We had a taxi booked from & back to the airport which worked like a dream. On our arrival, we were met by the owner, Dimitris, & his son Kostas, who gave us a quick tour of the property, pointing out key features & how to operate the electric gate before leaving us to enjoy the setting, which is right on the beach with some astonishing views. Despite being right on the beach, We didn't feel overlooked in the slightest & the infinity pool is a beautiful to spend a few hours a day. There are several restaurants in Stavros & two mini-marts a short walk away. We visited Chania one day & did a boat trip to the remote cove of Seitan, but otherwise we lazed by the pool, swam in the sea & dined like royalty. In short, perfect!

Beautiful and modern villa, in a great location with a sea view. Everything was comfortable and at a high standard. Location is very peaceful and easy to get to (by car). The host is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would like to return again in the future!

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. It felt like being at a luxury resort! Christian even recommended in-home massages that we did on our first day after 20+ hours of travel and it was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable (I had back surgery so a good bed is important when picking a place) and with the total blackout curtains we got amazing sleep especially needing to adjust to the time change. We ate at Tersanas Tavern twice as it was an easy 15 minute walk away. You will need a car to get around staying here - and it’s more “off the beaten path” but we loved the privacy and space and wasn’t too far a drive to Chania. If you’re adventurous make sure to hike the Samariá Gorge - we organized it with a group (the drive is not for inexperienced driver!) it’s a 10 mile hike but so fun and beautiful! We cooked and stayed in a lot too I would highly recommend it to couples or families with children.

Our stay at HotelPraxis was incredible and Polimnia was the most gracious host I have experienced in my 10 years in Airbnb. She was close by but never intrusive, left snacks, fruits and water in the fridge, dropped eggs off, recommended restaurants and incredibly, made baked goods of some traditional Greek treats that were so delicious. My family was overwhelmed by the beauty and privacy of the Blue Lake Villa. And the home is lovely, fluffy towels, great water pressure, comfortable beds. What a treat! We will definitely return! I highly recommend.

Really lovely stay. The air BnB was very clean and pleasant and the hosts were friendly. They had also bought some spare pool toys for my son. They gave us great recantations of places to eat and visit. Villa is a little outside of chania but we managed without a car. Really lovely stay, thank you!

Beautiful well equipped house in a perfect location within easy walking distance of a supermarket, beach and restaurants. What makes this house absolutely exceptional is the host, Stavros. He couldn’t have been more welcoming, meeting us with some very welcoming groceries including his homemade wine and olive oil. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Stavros for making our stay so perfect.

We immediately fell in love with this villa! The quality of absolutely everything in and around the building is extraordinary. The pictures cannot truly capture how beautiful and well-designed this place is. From the tasteful interior decor to the immaculate outdoor areas, every detail has been carefully thought out to provide both comfort and luxury. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Andreas could not have been more helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience. The Villa was very well appointed and perfectly located in Agia Marina. We had peaceful sleep and it was good to spend time relaxing by the pool. We will return in the future. The food locally was exceptional and a couple of evenings in Chania well worth the short trip. Thank you for such great hospitality!

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

The place was better than I expected. In reality, everything looked bigger than in the photos. We were therefore positively surprised. The sea and mountain views were beautiful. The hosts made a great effort and communicated wonderfully. We could imagine coming back.

Thank you again to Giorgos and Maria for hosting us. A very big Sahara sandstorm disrupted everything on the day of our arrival. Our hosts did their best and even the impossible to clean everything and allow us to enjoy the villa in the best conditions. The villa is beautiful. Everything is planned so that we can relax and make the most of it. Full of good intentions, products available allow you to feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

My family and I had a great time at this villa. Lefteris was very helpful and responsive. The view, pool and outdoor area of the house were the highlights of our stay.

The house was stunning and the view was gorgeous making for a perfect sunset. Everything was as described. Great air conditioning in every room!!! The swimming pool and private sea swimming cove were both great. The house had everything you could want, and the host Stella and Kosta were very attentive, walked us through the entire house, showed us everything we needed to know (outdoor grill, AC UNITS, private security gate, locks, dishwasher, etc.) Stella was a very generous and great host, left us fresh melon, bottle water, coffee, and other thoughtful touches to help us get settled in. My recommendation to anyone staying here is to rent a car if you want to explore the town. Rentals are very cheap and conveniently located at the airport. For Americans visiting the island, the addresses aren’t the same as the US, it’s basically the name of the town/village, and then the street name followed by the house/villa name. They’re also have a version of DoorDash called efood.

We had a lovely stay at Stelios Villa. Incredible beautiful surroundings, it’s a short walk into Kalyves, we didn’t realise until day 3 but there’s a small parade of beach bars and restaurants if you walk a bit further than we had been for first 2 days. The stay was lovely, the house was beautiful. We really enjoyed the village and it’s relatively slow pace. Stelios was very responsive to messages and very helpful too.

A beautiful stay near the airport in Crete. Easy to get to. This is a little bit more remote, but there is a delicious taverna 5 minutes away, and it's a beautiful view with a lot of room. Do be prepared for a few bugs that may sneak their way in, and for the local cats. I actually became best friends with one of the cats here and it broke my heart so bad to leave him. He would come over every day and cuddle with me on the lounge chairs for hours. He'd jump up on the balcony when I was there, come to the front door... He tried to sneak inside several times, and on one of the nights where it was rainy I felt so bad not being able to let him in. I set up a little shelter for him in the yard, but if you're an animal person, just be prepared going in. I cried several times because I wasn't expecting him, and really fell in love with the cat. He's white with some brown and black markings. If you see him around, be nice to him! He's such an affectionate little cuddler!

So many emotions and so much gratitude that it’s hard to find the words… but I’ll try! The villa’s name says it all - What a View Villa! The breathtaking sea views, the sound of the waves, and the scents from the terraces and pool…. you just simply have to come and feel it yourself!😉 Often Airbnb homes are nice but lack soul. NOT THIS ONE! Everything inside and out is spotless, stylish, cozy, and full of heart. The moment you open the door, you feel truly at home. We stayed as a family of 6 with kids, and everyone had plenty of space and we instantly fell in love with place And the biggest treasure here is Zoi herself. What a Host! (Yes, with a capital H!) She made sure every detail was perfect and helped us even with personal matters, like a own family member would. Zoi, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
