Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kalamata

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

Such a wonderful apartment! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kalamata. Leonidas and his wife are such lovely people. They gave us traditional sweets and gave us local recommendations which were super nice. Always responsive to our questions. The apartment itself was clean and just like the photos. We felt right at home. Thank you again to Leonidas and his wife for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend them and their apartment.

La maison de Fotos est parfaitement située dans un hameau calme. L’environnement pour aller à Karyes est magnifique avec ses nuées de fleurs oranges tapissant les bords de route. Le logement en soit est parfait! Il vous ravira si vous avez envie de vous sentir comme à la maison et Fotos est particulièrement attentionné pour ses hôtes.

Περάσαμε καταπληκτικά! ένα ήσυχο τριήμερο με τα δυο μας σκυλάκια που τα είχαμε ελεύθερα να παίζουν άφοβα στην αυλή. Η κυρία Χριστίνα απάντησε σε όλες μας τις απορίες αμέσως και μας πρότεινε και μέρη! Απολαυστική τοποθεσία! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές και ήρεμες διακοπές! όλα δίπλα μας ! Σίγουρα με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα ξαναερθουμε!!!!

Petros’ place was very clean, centrally located and was a lovely place to stay! Felt very safe and had every amenity that we needed.

Nikos a été très réactif du début à la fin, et nous a permis une grande flexibilité pour l’arrivée et le départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Le logement est situé dans un environnement extrêmement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Il faut marcher un petit peu pour y accéder depuis le parking d'une voiture, mais avec les bonnes indications de Nikos, c’est très facile à trouver. La maison est confortable, très propre, et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Seaside views and walkable to a semi private swimming cove! Who could want more! The space was great! Felt like I was living in my parents house!! All the amenities needed. Beds and ac were comfortable! The apartments are right on the sea and walkable to the Main Street! Also walkable to Ritsa beach in about 20 min! Parking right outside! Would highly recommend and I would love to come again!

Caroline und Peter haben uns in ihrem kleinen Paradies sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns an ihren reichen Griechenlanderfahrungen teilhaben lassen. Sie bereiten ein unglaublich leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück liebevoll zu, das wir in ihrem mediterranen Garten einnehmen konnten und ein entspanntes Erholungsgefühl erzeugte. Die Studios bieten alles, was man braucht und haben auch einen gemütlichen Platz, um draußen zu sitzen. Wir haben diese Erfahrung sehr genossen und sind den beiden sehr dankbar für ihre Gastfreundschaft und Zuwendung! Dankeschön, Caroline und Peter!

We had a great stay at Evans apartment. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Evan was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. Highly recommended!

Πολλοί ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες γεμάτοι ενέργεια. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο κι όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a great time here. The room is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, fully functional, thank the host very much. Will come again next time.

We stayed at Anastasia’s place as a family of five and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Anastasia was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and very responsive. She provided clear instructions for all the house amenities, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

We truly had a wonderful stay! The apartment was so clean and contemporary. The location was amazing. We felt very safe. The views were stinning. We would absolutely stay here again!

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!
