Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kalamata

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

Such a wonderful apartment! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kalamata. Leonidas and his wife are such lovely people. They gave us traditional sweets and gave us local recommendations which were super nice. Always responsive to our questions. The apartment itself was clean and just like the photos. We felt right at home. Thank you again to Leonidas and his wife for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend them and their apartment.

Fotos' House is perfectly located in a quiet hamlet. The environment to go to Karyes is beautiful with its clouds of orange flowers lining the roadsides. The space itself is perfect! It will delight you if you feel at home and Fotos is particularly attentive to his hosts.

Petros’ place was very clean, centrally located and was a lovely place to stay! Felt very safe and had every amenity that we needed.

Nikos was very responsive from start to finish, and allowed us great flexibility for check-in and check-out, which was very much appreciated. The accommodation is located in an extremely quiet environment, perfect for relaxing. You have to walk a little to get there from the car parking, but with Nikos' good directions, it's very easy to find. The house is comfortable, very clean, and perfectly equipped. We had a great time!

Seaside views and walkable to a semi private swimming cove! Who could want more! The space was great! Felt like I was living in my parents house!! All the amenities needed. Beds and ac were comfortable! The apartments are right on the sea and walkable to the Main Street! Also walkable to Ritsa beach in about 20 min! Parking right outside! Would highly recommend and I would love to come again!

Caroline and Peter welcomed us very warmly in their little paradise and let us participate in their rich Greek experiences. They lovingly prepare an incredibly delicious and varied breakfast that we were able to enjoy in their Mediterranean garden and created a relaxed feeling of relaxation. The studios offer everything you need and also have a cozy place to sit outside. We enjoyed this experience very much and are very grateful to both of them for their hospitality and attention! We had a great stay at Evans apartment. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Evan was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. Highly recommended!

The place is lovely, the surroundings are all picturesque. Perfect for overnight parking on a trip to Polyphones

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a great time here. The room is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, fully functional, thank the host very much. Will come again next time.

We stayed at Anastasia’s place as a family of five and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Anastasia was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and very responsive. She provided clear instructions for all the house amenities, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!
