Thank you so much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bicycle or car. You should also try different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports activities...).

It was all great as described. Very nice hosts very kind and helpful, would go again and would recommend it. A nice holiday just top the pool was the highlight. Thank you for the great time!!!

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

The house, the garden, the pool, everything is beautiful. There's a lot of effort in here. We arrived and felt right at home. It has everything, great decor and we didn't miss anything. Table football, darts. Table tennis …. here you can relax or be active. Filip always kept in touch and gave us a lot of great tips. Janja welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. She always asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. The house is secluded in a quiet location, exactly to our taste. By car 2 minutes to get bread and 20 minutes to shopping. Perfect. Beaches and cities are easily accessible by car. We loved it. Thanks

The outdoor space with the pool und lounge area was a highlight. A beautiful, quiet beach is just a short walk away, which made our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly—they were always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Croatia!

It was the perfect place to stay for our two families. The kids had plenty to do with the pool, basketball and petanque, and the garden has lots of room for play. The house is ideal: clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marko's lovely Mother gave us fresh eggs, her own olive oil and even baked us some pastries and bread. The setting is beautiful, a slice of rural Dalmatia with farming activities going on all around. The area is rich in wildlife and our April visit was peak time for spring birdsong and wildflowers. We even saw tortoises in the hills behind the house, and wild orchids. Vrana Lake is a short drive away, and there are many hiking trails near the house. Supermarkets are available in Pakostane and Biograd, and Zadar and Split/Trogir are an hour's drive. The stunning coast with secluded beaches in within 30 mins. We loved Murter especially. Marko was a great host - always available and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were very sad to leave! Hvala!

Marijana is a warm and friendly host. The place was very clean, the location just fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa with clever design.The room is as clean as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

We were allowed to spend 16 days at this accommodation with our 2 dogs and it was wonderful. The area is very quiet and the garden is wonderful. If you have reactive dogs, this could be a problem, as cats are permanent guests outside. Our dogs were able to make friends with the cats and then chilled together on the terrace. Tennis and botcha matches were fun 😎 For questions, the landlord couple was always responsive and, despite our language barrier (no German or English from the landlord, no Croatian on our part), was able to clarify all questions! We would have liked a vacuum cleaner, but with what the place entails, the howling is at a high level. 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to dog beach, 15 minutes radius several different shops and 25 minutes to Zadar and then this tranquility on the premises We thank you for this stay and can highly recommend it. it was fantastic

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Very nice owner and great house in an excellent location. In the last day, the owner even prepared a traditional, Croatian dish. An unforgettable evening will be happy to come back

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Modern, beautiful and sparkling clean house, garden, pool and super barbecue area. Very conveniently located, beautiful beaches nearby are easily accessible by car. Matea and her parents are excellent hosts. Those looking for a place to stay in this area are very well taken care of there.

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of it immediately! At the end of our vacation, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not accept, because we had already planned other activities....a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths for walking the dog were wonderful!

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay in their home.

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. It is divided into two apartments and since we were two families (7 people, 4 adults and 3 children/teenagers) it suited us perfectly. It is very private and undisturbed and we were able to swim in the pool well into the evening. It is a little out of the way, but since we had a rental car the whole week we were there, it was no problem to go to the beach or to shop. We visited Biograd na Moru to swim in the sea, shop and go to a restaurant. We were in Zadar and we also visited the waterfalls in Krka National Park. We are very satisfied with our stay. The host Dominik and his family were very nice and easy to communicate with regarding check-in, check-out or if we had any other questions.

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.
