Ground level, no steps. Great lake view. Close to shopping mall, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a NEW mattress, a full bathroom, TV with cable and DVD. It has a sliding patio door that opens to the deck. Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with cable; full length windows that overlook the lake. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Non-smoking and no pets.

A wooden walkway leads through a covered dock, bordered by calm water on both sides. Several boats are visible in the slips, sheltered beneath the structure. Natural light reflects off the water surface, enhancing the serene lakeside atmosphere.

Loved the location! The space was perfect for a weekend getaway on the Lake. We spent a lot of time at the condo’s pool, it was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing we noticed was that there were a lot of gnats, but that’s likely due to the season change to summer, not because of the condo’s cleanliness.

My husband, myself and our dog got to stay at this lovely cabin for only one night unfortunately. I would’ve loved to stay longer but we were only in town for a brief time. Wayne communicated well, the cabin was just dreamy and it was so peaceful and quiet drinking our coffee on the porch in the morning. I will definitely stay here again when we are visiting.

This place fit our needs perfectly. I was looking for a space to fit four adults to have a fun weekend at the Ozarks. The dock and lot was very nice. The home was well stocked with anything and everything you needed(kitchen utensils, blankets, shampoo, towels, ect.) and was very clean.
