A cottage that exudes coziness and presence. The house is located in the heart of Juelsminde, only 80 m from a beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach. The house has a large, newly built terrace, where there is plenty of opportunity to catch the sun's rays and also has a lovely wilderness bath, which can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden, there is a trampoline for the children. Not far from the house, there is a large and fantastic playground. About 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbor area with city life and restaurants.

The home, which is 100 sqm, is arranged over two floors, with a kitchen-living room on the ground floor with a dining area for six people plus a baby, a bunk bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), and a baby crib. On the second floor, there is a living room with a TV and a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). The bunk bed measures 70 cm in width and 1.90 cm in length and is only intended for children and smaller/lighter people. By arrangement, an extra mattress can be placed on the floor in the living room on the 2nd floor.

Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and Lillebælt. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Start the day with coffee on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord. Take a walk in the garden, where there are two small lakes and lots of nature to explore. Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers beautiful walks along the water all year round. In less than 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes and some of the area's ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

The house is built as 2 separate houses under one roof. This means that you can easily be together and at the same time retreat if you want privacy. This is ideal if you are 2 families vacationing together. In the small "annex" of 50, there is room for 2 adults and 2 children. Here is the kitchen, bath and toilet. The large house can accommodate 8 adults. Here is a large kitchen, private bathroom/toilet and bathtub. The house has its own bathing bridge, fire pit, sandbox, trampoline and outdoor hot tub.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Great located house 90 meters from the water's edge! Privatunterkunft! Magical views and lots of inside coziness. All modern amenities, with wood-burning stove and air conditioning. 60 m2 spread over 2 floors. At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and A bedroom with a 140x200 bed. Bathroom with shower. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, A 2 kayak is available. Bikes are also available.

Free parking in front of the house. The carport is private. All in all, a cozy home in fantastic surroundings.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
