Perfect stay! Ana was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful from the start. He greeted us with a nice welcome message that made us feel at home from the start. The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated, clean and tidy, with everything you need. In addition, access is very easy, which made everything even more convenient. Overall good place. Easy access, the complex is quiet and pleasant. The cleanliness in general was good, the sheets didn't smell bad but they didn't seem to have been washed recently. The bathrooms also seemed clean and with the essentials for taking a bath. It has a laundry area, which is a plus. Televisions in every room, there was no problem with the wifi signal and Netflix runs properly. I think the location is excellent since you can get out quickly if you go to the biopark, Fundidora or the Contry area. Highly recommended if you're going with a big family and a pet.

The place is well located because we were going to an event in Cintermex, quiet, a nearby park, access to several shops and restaurants. Clean place, with everything it offered in the app. With suggestions for visiting or ordering home delivery. We were very pleased.

We stayed here due to a loss of a family member and in all the chaos we ended up losing the house key. When we contacted the host they immediately responded and let us in. I’m so grateful to Luis for allowing us to stay & pass this hard time with our family members. Thank you.

we loved it, we traveled to attend a regional assembly of Jehovah's Witnesses, it was super close and the stay made us enjoy our assembly even more!! the house is very comfortable and we found it clean In addition, we found basic hygiene and cleaning products, as well as coffee, sugar, milk, and oil, which made us feel that Roberto was waiting for us with pleasure 💗 we will definitely be back!!!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was cozy and clean. The ac worked great. And this place has an amazing view of the city. Great location and Walking distance from a convention store for snacks. The host were also very responsive and great with check in process.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity of the Monterrey Arena and it was amazing, they treated us well at reception, a very safe place, the accommodation was very comfortable, pleasant and faithful to the publication, too bad it was only one night, but I will consider this accommodation again.

The place is super nice, very clean, well located, the host's service was also very good, the guard who greeted us at the entrance was also always super friendly. I loved the stay, I would definitely choose it again.

The place is even more impressive than the photos, it is huge, very spacious and super nice. We had no complications, all the details of the two parties were discussed perfectly beforehand. The truth is that they were very understanding since we needed a space for something very particular, they understood perfectly and everything was discussed and agreed well.
