It is a 4-5 minute walk from the station, and there are bakeries and restaurants on the first floor of the same building. Shinjuku is a 15-minute train ride away, and the next station is Kichijoji, next to Inokashira Park and the Ghibli Museum, so just taking a walk nearby will be enough to enjoy your stay.
