Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Jouy-en-Josas

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

The stay was great. The place was very private & nice. Jessica was also very accessible & extremely helpful. It had everything from dishes to pots to linens & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have an allergy, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, overlooking Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

Very good location and cottage well independent of the owner's. Ground floor very cool, which is nice on hot days. Well-equipped. A little small but perfect for 1 or 2 people. The proximity of the train station on the RER A allows 2 round trips to Paris during the day without problem. I will happily return

I'm glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The design of the house is special and interesting, just like the pictures.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche ways to play. My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

Anne was an excellent host, and her place is lovely. It was the perfect size for a family of four (would be tight with more), and the building was lovely. Very convenient (5 minute) walking distance to two train stations made it an easy commute in to Paris. There were a few grocery/convenience stores within an easy walk as well as some restaurants with long hours good for people arriving jet lagged. Anne’s place is perfect for a small family or couple wanting a getaway a little away from the hustle of Paris, with easy access to the city. We didn’t need A/C, the windows cooled the place off nicely.

We had a fabulous short 2 night stay while visiting Versailles. Very comfortable beds, lovely decor in the living spaces & well-equipped kitchen & laundry facilities. It’s on a quiet street & close to a lovely bakery & mini supermarket. Clear & detailed instructions prior to check-in. We were able to meet Cathy for check-in - who was lovely. An unexpected highlight was we were able to see the fireworks from Versailles while they had events on. The little waffles was a nice (and delicious) touch. Thank you! Good to note there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment if accessibility is an issue.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. Thank you for all the hospitality. We will be back!!!

View of the countryside on one side, sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and came back fitter thanks to Montmartre with the numerous stairs.

We enjoyed our stay in Charles’s spacious and stylist flat. Ideally located near the Rive Gauche and Versailles Chantiers train stations and a quick walk to the Chateau, we were able to explore all that Versailles had to offer and also get quickly into Paris for other sightseeing on a basic Île de France fare. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. Charles was very kind to let one of our party in hours early because her flight arrived first thing in the morning, thank you! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water on call. Guests should know in advance that the RER C train runs periodically right under the apartment. If you live with urban infrastructure you will likely not even notice.

On a weekend with friends, we had a great time at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor amenities, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

A short weekend at Laurent's, clean and as advertised accommodation, a host available. It was perfect, thank you Laurent looking forward to coming back.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Katia is very responsive! She responds at a phenomenal speed, which is reassuring when you rent a property like this. The house was surely designed by an architect, the light enters very well and the spaces are well optimized. Small peculiarity that is not seen in the photos, the kitchen and the living room are on the first floor (in the Nantes style I was told) but it did not pose a problem beyond measure. The garden/terrace is quite large, largely for relaxing and eating meals together. If you come by car, you have to park in the "des petits ponts" parking lot, also called "la mare aux canards" parking lot in Chevreuse: the house is 50 m from the entrance to the parking lot. This parking is free, sometimes very full (we were there on the weekend of the ascension and it was very nice) but there is always a place for 4-5 cars. I would highly recommend it!
