Located one mile from Arkansas State University, two miles from St. Bernards Med Center, and 3.5 miles from NEA Baptist Hospital, it's an ideal spot for convenience and comfort. Please note, while we previously accepted pets, due to a recently diagnosed medical condition we are now unable to do so.

Please make your reservation for the exact number of guests that will be using the house. Well behaved house broken dogs welcome with a $50 pet fee. Limit of 2 dogs. Sometimes we can accommodate a late check-out but it must be pre-approved as cleaning is scheduled in advance.

The location is centrally located, so less than 5 minutes from hospitals, grocery stores(Hay's and Walmart) bakeries, restaurants, coffees and more. Basic cable and Netflix are available for your viewing pleasure. And, we also have provided 12” memory foam mattress for a restful nights sleep. We ask that you please agree to house rule and leave the house in the condition you found it.
