Simple, cozy and functional, I love the yacht club for the access to the lake and the pool, the place is spacious and on the first floor, which is great because it doesn't get hot like on the upper floors, everything was very clean. Thank you

Excellent attention, always attentive to everything, the lady who helps very helpful. The only detail I put in the house, was that the bathrooms smelled like caño and if it stayed open the door stank the room. The house was in good condition, amenities, nice view, comfortable for several people, there are no shops nearby so it is better to buy everything before not to complicate, part of the access is from terraceria but it is not difficult to reach following the GPS. We really liked the place and had a great time. There is always someone attentive to what is needed regarding the services of the house and amenities, such as boiler themes, jacuzzi, boat services, etc.

Excellent accommodation! My daughters really enjoyed the pool (very large) and with a good depth. The palapa overlooking the lake, excellent for eating food in a relaxed way with that view. The rooms are in perfect condition. I must highlight the service of Adela (administrator) and Miguel (maintenance), always attentive and providing a super remarkable and proactive service. Note: I recommend checking and maintaining the air conditioners in the rooms because two nights would not work well, but Miguel did what he could. Other than that, highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

Excellent house with access to the lake, a very comfortable place to rest, you can hire a boat for water skiing, kayaking, jet skiing, swimming in the lake, a very nice garden to relax and a beautiful terrace! The rooms and kitchen are all perfect to make the most of the stay! I took my dogs and they were very happy! I also had help from Lily and Chuy with cooking and cleaning, and they were very friendly and helpful!

Cristian is an excellent host, extraordinary communication, always very attentive to my needs. The place is true to the description, we came as a family including the four-legged blessings and we all enjoyed it very much. Very nice sized space to share with family or friends. It was a great plus to go at the end of the year. At the hotel there were fireworks and dynamics with Cantoya balloons, which made our experience more magical. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended accommodation.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and pleasant, as shown in the photos. It has a nice view and you can make use of the place's amenities. The pool is heated, so it was nice even though it was December. Communication with the host was very good and always helpful. We had to give full names and details of the cars we were in because the entrance is very controlled, although the entrance staff were always friendly and we could be coming in and out at any time. Also, keep in mind that you need to be very clear about the check-in and check-out times, as the hosts are the ones who give you access. A good place to stay.
