Chelsea Close Cottage, a haven of comfort and cleanliness, offers a unique urban living experience. It is solar-powered, equipped with a gas geyser, and is ideally located with a 5-minute Uber ride from Rosebank Gautrain station. It is close to many trendy restaurants, such as the 4th Avenue Parkhurst strip. Situated in a boomed off area in Parktown North, our cottage has excellent security and a secure parking space. It is entirely separate from the main house, offering a peaceful retreat.

Enjoy this peaceful garden setting with your own private garden, in walking distance from restaurants and street shops. Covered secure parking for one car. Built-in work-from-home desk in the living area. We have a solar/inverter/battery system, so during load shedding all lights, Wi-Fi, tv, fridge and convenience plugs (bedside and at work desk) still have power. There is a gas stove and air fryer for cooking. We also have 2-3 days of mains water backup. Enjoy whole-house filtered water!

Our cottage, with backup Solar and Water Tanks to ensure our guests stay comfortable, is tucked away under a big sweet gum tree. Guarded by our two friendly Chow Chow dogs the cottage looks out on our pool and has its own outside patio and braai area. Inside the cottage is a cozy studio apartment with a kitchenette, study nook with WiFi, a cupboard and a comfortable double bed. The separate modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and soap.
