Home Away From Home Hot Tub + Arcade

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Downstairs apartment in Odum GA

This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

Located in rural Jesup, 15 minutes from downtown with a Walmart and restaurants. Our tiny home offers 1 full size bed, a small bathroom and kitchenette. There is a mini refrigerator available, along with a microwave, hot plate, air fryer and Keurig coffee maker. A Smart TV is mounted and wifi is available. For guest comfort there is a window unit and heaters available. The Tiny House is on our family farm with a dog, chickens, turkeys and pigs. No cleaning fees are added.
