Amelinghausen is a great recreation and holiday area that includes countless recreational opportunities such as Hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports at Lake Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildpark is also around the corner.

It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel but is still centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a big city. In just a few minutes you can reach the Saseler Markt and the attractive Alster Valley shopping center. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (if necessary, space for 3 more cars)

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.
