Excellent accommodation and host service. Everything is as pictured and clean. The area is good because even though it is not close to the park, the walk there is short and cool because you see everything and you enjoy the peace and quiet.

A very quiet and quiet place super rich to sleep, the apartment is large and very comfortable, clean and organized, both the hosts and Mrs. Bibiana who received us very attentive and always ready, the place is retired from the square but close enough to walk. We really liked it

It is a great place to stay in Jardín, a very comfortable and spacious apartment, however in the morning you can hear the noise of motorcycles and cars passing by on the street

Amazing place!! We loved the jacuzzi, the hot water heater is great so no need to worry about hot water during your stay. Wifi was great, the view from the balcony is epic, and we even saw parrots, cock-of-the-rock, vultures, and jays from the balcony!! Unit is a 7 minute walk to the cock-of-the-rock lekking site, and 2 minutes to the town square. Great location, great apartment, we won't look anywhere else next time.

Impressive courtship games of the red Andean rock ptarmigan in the Jardin de Rocas, just 100 m away. This place is absolutely amazing!!! Tip: On weekends, mingle with the people in the Central Plaza, you will be invited to join the celebration!

Very good attention! Doña Catalina was always very attentive to all the doubts I had, the person who gave us the apartment was also very friendly at all times, the place is exact as seen in the photos, everything was very clean. It is in a very good location and has restaurants, cafes, etc.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable, the rooms have comfortable beds, air conditioning, everything is very organized and clean. Gema's service was wonderful, delicious cooking, with a very friendly and super helpful attitude. Liliana was in constant communication with us, giving us all the necessary information. Cauca Viejo is charming, a dream village. We had a very nice weekend, we will definitely come back.

Alejandra was an amazing host, she responded quickly to all our questions and gave us great recommendations on activities to do in Jardín. The house is amazing, everything was impeccable, we were able to make a fire with firewood that Alejandra gave us, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return soon.

Catalina was an excellent host. Very responsive. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The view from the balcony was incredible. Our group walked down the path to the river and were surprised to find a beautiful waterfall, which made for some great photos. Zero regrets and I would do it all over again.

Great location and beautiful room with a view

Everything was excellent during your stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is very central to everything. Communication was seamless and they were always attentive to any detail.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

The place was very comfortable—great view, super secure area in a new building. It had two massive 70” TVs and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for rainy afternoons. Would recommend.

Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

This place was unbelievable! The views were stunning, we couldn’t believe how beautiful this home was. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be rebooking In the future!
