We stayed in this delightful apartment for one month. The apartment is situated within a short walking distance to a lovely beach. The apartment is quiet, clean, bright and is situated on the top floor. We had access to a secure garage parking space. A lift from the garage takes you to the floor which the apartment is located. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, with plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery, which were all in good condition. The balcony is very large with plenty of space to enjoy dining/relaxing. Rota is approx. 3.5 km away which we could walk. We bought a 10 Euro bus ticket (from driver on bus). This gave us discounted travel (approx. 0.50 Euro per trip). The bus stop is directly outside the apartment (No 2 Bus) and can be taken every 30 minutes. At Rota there are plenty of shops, bars to keep you entertained. Macerena was a superb host, very friendly. She met us at the start of the stay and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Everything's very pretty and very pretty. It's on the first floor, so you have to climb two flights of stairs to access it. Totally recommendable.

Apartment in a quiet area, but with beach and leisure areas to reach walking in 10 minutes, so it is not necessary to move the car if you don't want. As for Oscar, I am always attentive to anything, even if it was not urgent.

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

We really liked it. Lots of peace and tranquility. The apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days. Both my children and we really enjoyed the pool. Angela and the cleaning lady are sweethearts.

an unforgettable family weekend. although you have to take the car, it is very close to beautiful beaches and supermarkets of well-known brands. There's a Coviran a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is charming and has plenty of room for 4 people and a pet. Being able to dine in the backyard with the coolness of the night is priceless. Right next door is a huge pine forest where you can walk with your pet and let it run and do its business. We will definitely repeat the experience. In short, a 10 out of 10

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect little place for some time to relax by the sea. Great location super close to a number of beautiful beaches. Santi and Ana could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend.

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

We had a lot of desire and expectations about this wonderful place, but it more than met our expectations. The hosts are a wonderful couple, who from the first moment made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, it is in a wonderful location, the garden has orange and lemon trees and the pool is super comfortable. We arrived late and didn't have time to buy breakfast, and the wonderful host offered us what we needed. At the house, a basket of wonderful and delicious fruit was waiting for us, as well as a local white wine. We'll really repeat whenever we go to Conil. Thank you very much for everything. It was a wonderful experience

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!
