The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Fast 800 Mbs fiber internet/WiFi. 45 minutes to Acadia National Park, 30 min. to Belfast, 20 min. to Castine. Perfect base for hiking, kayaking, sailing, or discovering the maritime past of the area. Room B is a small (10’ x 10’) but cozy room with full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom (5’ x8’) with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Fox and Bird Retreat on Davis Stream

Our off-the-grid, solar-powered cottage is nestled within our 18 acres in the town of Washington, Maine. The cottage borders a beautiful stream, is surrounded by tall pines and is several hundred feet away from our home, providing a very private and serene experience. Guests can wander or snowshoe on our property, relax in the screen house next to the cottage or hang by the accessible fire pit. We are close to many local lakes and hiking trails and only 30 minutes from Camden & Rockland.

Renovated historical Waterfront farm

28 acre property is a Forever Farm surrounded by rolling hills and Lake frontage . This farm is also referenced in the historical book “ Come Spring “ we purchased this beautiful property in 2019 and have spent the last year renovating it. Our favorite part of the home are the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the round Pond . This is very peaceful retreat. On a daily basis , you can pick your own fresh eggs from coop and feed our pigs . We are 15min to Camden ,Rockport , Rockland .

Stella is a cabin-style, pet-friendly studio apartment on 100 acres of wooded property. Enjoy the property's amenities (trails, kayaking, canoeing, axe throwing, wood-fired pizza oven) and return to your comfortable space with a hot tub, power, heat, and plumbing! Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. The hot tub is an Aqualiving 3 person lounge!

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
