Wonderful spot! We really enjoyed the proximity of it to shops, restaurants, and a stunning water view! It has everything you need and more for a relaxing time in Alexandria Bay! The variety of records and record player were the perfect addition to an already great space! We hope to be back soon!

An absolutely incredible space. Huge property, in pristine nature, with gorgeous vistas. Tim is so friendly and accomodating. Our trip anf stay was phenomenal. There is such a great vibe at his location. And minutes away from the Canadian border as an added bonus. We will book there EVERY time we're in the area.

Beautiful area, incredibly clean, and air conditioners in every major area of the unit. Very cosy, nice beds, bedding, and pillows. Out of the way from the noise of the city, but close enough to where a 10 minute drive can get you anywhere you want to go in town. Definitely worth it, especially for the price.

This place was so serene and quiet, we hadn’t realized it was the campground but honestly we couldn’t even tell. Everyone was quiet, we spent a bunch of time at the water across the little road. If you are someone like us - that likes a clean uncomplicated place to relax and be able to come and go at your leisure to explore the surrounding area - this is great! Loved being able to lay in the bed and look at the water or sit on the couch and do the same. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The entire thing from booking to leaving was effortless and stress free. We could drive from there basically anywhere we wanted to see pretty easily. We will definitely go back there!

Perfect location for a get away or fishing trip. Extremely convenient dock access, great deck and lounge area. Very clean and comfortable. Access to local restaurants and activities is great. Will Most definitely be booking again and be on the calendar for more visits for years to come.

Exactly what we needed for our visit to Lowville! Sierra was a great host & was very quick to respond if we needed anything. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The house is in town so you can walk to many restaurants/stores. Only small complaint is if people are staying above you, you can hear walking around so if you are a light sleeper or need an afternoon nap this may be an issue ...it was not a problem for us because we were out all day and only there to sleep at night.

My husband, dog and I had the best stay at Michael’s motel this weekend! The back yard and Adirondack chairs were perfect for early morning coffee and play time with the pup! Communication was amazing and overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Hopefully we will be back next year to celebrate another anniversary 🥰

Crystal and Daniel (and Ranger) are warm, lovely people (and dog) and their apartment is far more than what the photographs and description can convey. Greeted by music and ambient lighting, spotlessly clean,, every amenity and convenience well thought out and provided. A selection of coffees, snacks and everything you might need away from home. Comfy bedroom, great bathroom and a large yard for my pup to stretch her legs. Next time in the area, I would be disappointed to stay any where else. Thanks! Mark & Bowie

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

We were in town for a wedding, and it was the perfect apartment for me and my husband. We were centrally located, so we walked to nearby restaurants, the church, and the reception. The neighborhood is quiet. The bathroom is a little tight, especially the shower. Otherwise, the place was comfortable and well-maintained. I would stay there again if we come back to the area.

We were extremely pleased with our stay and enjoyed being able to stay close to the lake and where we sailed. The apartment was comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was within walking distance of the village and historic sites. We couldn't have booked a nicer place.

Severin’s place was clean & cozy. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the evenings, watching the birds and boats go by. The location is a perfect distance from Alex Bay downtown boat tours, shops and restaurants. We found his place serene and beautiful.

Bouchard House is a charming gem in beautiful Clayton, NY. We parked our car upon arrival Friday night and never had to drive anywhere the entire weekend. My husband and I walked to restaurants, quaint shops, along the river and to a wedding at the Harbor Hotel. The house backs up to a local bar and grill, which also happened to be the setting of the wedding after party. We never once heard the music or the crowd. Our only disappointment is that we didn't get to meet Bonnie in person. We only spoke via messages, but she seems so sweet. Her only hope was for us to have a memorable visit. Mission accomplished Bonnie! Thank you again for everything and I hope we get the chance to visit again.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable apartment. It was a perfect “home away from home” as we celebrated the holiday with family nearby. The host was flexible, courteous, communicative and friendly. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. This couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely be back!
