Vacation rentals with a home theater in Java

Overall, everything was okay and I liked it. I had a good stay... I'd like to stay again if I come next time.

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. Always quick to respond and her staff delivers any requested items within the hour (sometimes within minutes). One of the most responsive host. Was very impressed. The condo complex itself was brilliant. For an 8 year old condo it was extremely well maintained and well staffed. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but was not cold even on days when it just rained. The gym was decent and had everything for a standard workout. Indoor swimming pool was warm ish. The lifts was always fast and well ventilated. The lobby was nice and cool and plenty of comfy seats. The place itself was fantastic. High pressure hot water. A ok size bath tub. Toilets flushed well. 3 very cold air con. Internet speed measured 30-40mbps download. Fast enough for a child on constant Roblox and Netflix. Washing machine and fridge were both looking new. The floor was high and the view was of the swimming pool. Walking distance to 3 malls which was amazingly convenient.

This place was great and exactly as listed. I would say it is actually larger than the photos made it look! The hosts were great, responded immediately on WA, respected our privacy, answered all of our questions, and gave great advice. The TV had netflix/prime and the internet was very fast. The location is also ideal, with the malls at easy walking distances and a convenience store and laundry shop just downstairs (which offered next day service and delivery direct to the apartment!). The pool is great and the fitness center has enough equipment and space for a good workout. We will happily come back if we may!

The most impressive thing I found that the host, Victor, and his team were incredibly responsive, answering our questions rapidly when we needed further information related to our stay and resolving any issues we encountered in the villa in no time.

The entire area of ​​the area is very well maintained, beautiful. The cluster where the apartment is located has a guarded territory, beautiful landscape design, there is a swimming pool nearby, which is a pleasant walk away. Maria, always in touch, answered all questions in the most detailed way and greeted us very hospitably. We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was very clean and well-organized, which made it feel instantly welcoming. The admin and villa staff were extremely responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Most importantly, everything was exactly as described on the website, with no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasant place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. A lot of useful amenities (airfryer, microwave, stove, ricecooker, snacks, water heater, etc). Wifi works well also. There was a slight issue on the bidet hose but Hakim as the host was very responsive and helpful to replace it with the new one imediately. I strongly recommend the place and would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, complete, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, only few mins to AEON Mall... The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Would happily return!

We had a really lovely stay at Jim's. It was truly a sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of Bandung. We loved having not only separate rooms, but also separate bathrooms. The soap dispenser in my bathroom came loose. It was also really low on soap. Thankfully, Jim responded very quickly. Even though we didn't end up solving the issue, because we left early this morning, Jim said he'll get it taken care of before the next guest arrives. His responsiveness earns him a gold star in my eyes in terms of being an Airbnb host. We also really, really appreciated his curated website of best sites and foods in Bandung. Not only is it beautifully designed, but it's obvious he and his team put a lot of thought into their recommendations. We got to enjoy so many excellent cafes and restaurants that would have been under our radar. Thanks again, Jim! See you soon:)

Good location, very nice apartment and furniture Gym ,swimming pool and hot tub also included. nearby Family mart and Lawson for grocery shopping. Overal very good value for the money

We truly enjoyed our final days in Jakarta at Jess’s place. The apartment had a beautiful view overlooking PIK and came fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Jessica was also incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
