20 m2 refurbished studio with south balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower and 2 double beds, in the heart of the dynamic 15th arrondissement, 10 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and a few meters from the metro: our family studio is part of a 70s building, built by our paternal grandfather! Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
